(Dan's POV)
"I swear to god you're a mother fucking two year old, get down from there!" I demanded. Ryan was standing on his skate board at the top of a ramp. I wouldn't be worried if Ryan actually knew how to ride a skate board. "Come on, Dan, I'll be fine!" Ryan yelled down at me.
"Ryan I'm not giving you a choice you either come down from there yourself or I'll go up there and make you!" I shouted. "People do it all the time-" "people that know what they're doing! You got that board yesterday!" I shouted. Ryan rolled his eyes and sat down with a huff, "Fine."
I offered a crooked smile and reached my hand out to him. He took it and slid down the ramp as if it were a concrete slide. "Faggots" I heard some guy scoff to one of his friends. I glared at him and he held my contact. I stayed put until he frowned and looked at the ground. 'Fucking bitch' I thought.
"C'mon, we're leaving." I hiked my backpack on my shoulder and Ryan followed me out of the park. I grabbed my own board and we started racing down the pavement. "I can teach you how to do tricks if you want, just don't try anything stupid like that again until you've gotten more practice." I informed Ryan. "Yeah, thanks, Dan." He mumbled.
We made it to the school a little late that day, but only enough to get there about a minute late to first period. "Daniel, you're late!" Mrs.Brittan spat. "I'm sorry ma'am" I mumbled as I walked back to my seat. I noticed Nash wasn't here today. He must've gotten in trouble for yesterday's mess.
"Hey" I sighed as I sat down. "Hey..." Repeated Phil. I looked over at him and we shared quiet smiles before turning away to get our things. Mrs.Brittan started babbling on about literature and Robert Frost. I wasn't really listing. I turned to see Phil next to me slightly nodding his head to everything she said, writing down the needed notes.
He looked so cute all focused like that, scrunching his eyebrows together and letting his tongue absentmindedly hang out the side of his mouth. Looking at him it was hard to believe he was somehow still single. How could anyone look at Phil and see anything but perfection? He was truly a little (very tall) angel on earth.

"Look who finally showed up!" Charlie loudly spoke as I walked to the lunch table, with nothing but a book in hand. You see, Emma had a eating disorder so a little bit after we (me Ryan and Charlie) found out we decided not to eat during lunch at school, so she wouldn't feel too awkward about it.
"Yeah sorry, I had to stop by the bathroom. What goes in must come out, buddy." I said, sliding into my seat next next to Ryan and across from Emma, meaning I was diagonal from Charlie.
Dan Ryan
Emma CharlieRyan laughed, Emma smiled, and Charlie glared at me, looking annoyed. Typical response for any joke I made. "Oh shut up." Charlie grumbled, rolling his eyes and putting his head down on the table. I shrugged, but didn't speak. I didn't want to annoy him any longer so I just exchanged knowing glances to Emma and Ryan before opening my book to the folded page and continued reading.
I rewrote it a little :P
