The streets were quiet for once in two weeks, everything seemed calm. A little girl was walking home from school; she was worried she would be late to curfew. When Cross began taking over Pyrin slowly, he instituted a curfew no one was allowed out after six. She stared at her watch it read 5:30; she was still in a hurry to get home. She was about to make it when a synthezoid stopped her saying in a cold, monotone voice
"You are breaking curfew" he says aiming a gun towards the young girl's forehead.
She has a mortified look on her face all the life in her had been drained; she was pale white and her eyes were lifeless as soon as she heard a boom and she closed her eyes. She clenched them shut to not see her blood, but she realized something. She was alive! When she slowly opened her eyes she saw a man with blue hair and green eyes holding her, she couldn't contemplate what just happened. The man put her down, pulling out daggers, walking towards the man-like creature.
The man turned to the little girl
"You okay?" he asks with a calming smile.
She couldn't speak so she nodded as quickly as he asked her. His smile changed to a dark glare towards the synthizoid
"Your laws are useless here in Pyrin, unless you wanna die, Imma kindly gonna ask you to leave".
The synthizoid began firing at this blue haired man, he smiled
"Good I didn't want to go the easy way either" he dodges the bullets getting winged berly.
The man had gotten close enough to edge a dagger into the synthizoid's neck. He smiled as the synthetic skin dissolves once the synthizoid falls to the ground. He smiles as a message is sent to his earpiece.
"Quick? Quick!? Stop being an idiot and pick up". He touches his earpiece
"What do you want Axe?"
. She only responds with "did you do it?" Quick smiles
"Yeah but I got wounded a bit" he says touching the wound.
Axe responds with "I'll send Snake and One-shot to go and get you" Axe responded
. He smiled "alright bye" then he turns to the little girl.
"Grow up strong okay?" he smiles handing her an apple.
She took it and began biting into it. These parts of Pyrin are extremely poor; kids eat what they can to survive. Quick walked away holding his arm, the little girl asked
"Who are you?"
Quick smiled "we are Salva" he says before speeding off out of site and passing out in an alley way
