The dark skinned girl opened her eyes and saw something odd, she wasn't dead. A blue haired kid was standing in front of her with two daggers crossed in front of his face.
"You okay?" He looks at the girl
"The kid's fine I got shot" She says falling to her knees
The boy grits his teeth; his green eyes show he is enraged. He then sprinted towards the synthizoid, rage was in his eyes. The synthizoid fired at him, he was able to dodge most of the bullets except two that got him in the arm and one winged him. The boy got close enough to slash at the thing, when a shot is heard from the top of the church. It struck the synthizoid and made it fall to the ground.
"Oi Quick, watch it out there mate!" A voice is heard through Quick's earpiece
"I get it, but I had it! Dammit One-shot you took my one chance to impress this girl!" Quick snarks
"I-Impress?" the girl said from behind
"Oh! Hey! I hoped you didn't hear that, well we're Salva, I'm Marshall Grey also known as Quick, and who are you?" Quick smiles
"I'm Isabel Green, also known as snake" she says trying to get up
Quick helps her up and touches his earpiece; he needed to signal the team to tell them a civilian was injured. Well from how many of those things she killed it seemed she wasn't a civilian.
"Axe we have an injured person" He spoke into his ear piece
"ETA five minutes Quick take care of her for now" Axe says
Quick took his shirt off and began cleaning up blood from her lower gut. He then pulled out his dagger, it was clean and sterile. He looked at her then said.
"I'm gonna get that bullet out of you okay?" Quick said
"Leave me to die...I'm wounded Marshall" Isabel said
"I'm not letting you die! Now bite into this" he put his wrist in her mouth
He then began the slow process of taking the bullet out of her stomach. She bit down hard on his wrist, making it bleed. He didn't care though, all he wanted to do was save her and that was it.
He slowly pulled the bullet out of her gut then wrapped his shirt around her gut to contain the blood.
"You know you're extremely pretty right?"Quick smiles
"S-Shut up!" she blushed a bit
"Join us please" Quick smiled
"Okay....only because you helped me"
That day was the day Salva became whole and became a family.
