3rd person POV
Bonnie and Elena are talking about the dance.
"Hey have you seen or talked to Emma?" Elena asks Bonnie.
"Actually I haven't." Bonnie looks up.
"Why?" Bonnie also asks.
"I'm worried about her." Elena says.
"What happened?" Bonnie asks.
"Nothing. We just got in an argument. Kinda." Elena lies.

"Where's Emma goddamit." Damon asks looking at Elena.
Stefan comes in.
"Have you talked to the girl you're suppose to be protecting and watching?" Damon asks.
Stefan looks up.
"Emma?" Stefan dumbly asks.
"No Casper. Yes Emma." Damon says.
"No I haven't." Stefan says.
"Maybe she ran away." Elena says.
"Maybe." Damon says worried.
"I doubt that." Stefan says.
"Do you know where she is?" Elena asks.
"She could be dead." Stefan says.
"Come on Stef don't joke like that." Damon says annoyed.
"Not joking." Stefan says.
"Wha- what do you mean." Elena asks.
"She has cancer. However if someone gave her a push over the edge. She'd be gone." Stefan responds.
Elena gasps.
"We have to find her." Elena says.
"What about the plan?" Stefan asks.
"The plan can wait my sister is out there. She could be dead because of me." Elena says.
"Why because of you?" Damon asks.
"Well I kinda gave her that push." Elena says.
"What did you do?" Damon asks and Stefan leaves the room not caring.
"I told her about the kiss. And about me making a move on you." Elena says.
"Elena what have you done." Damon says.
"Well I didn't know she was dying." Elena admits truthfully.
"Jesus Elena. Now what are we gonna do." Damon sighs thinking.
"She could be dead." Damon says.
"Let's not assume the worst. Why don't we carry on with the plan and then find her." Damon says. Elena nods.

Stefans walking down the road. He just finished talking to Klaus.
Elenas waking up and she gets a call.
"Hello?" She asks through the phone.
"Hi is this Elena Gilbert?" Someone asks.
"This is her." Elena responds.
"We're calling about your sister. Emma Gilbert."
"Yes,?" Elena asks.
"We have some bad news. Unfortunately. Emma was found on the road. If you'd like to come down and identify the deceased."
