I wake up in a black room. Or area.

"Hello?" I call out.

I look around and walk forwards.

The only noise I hear is my heels tapping on the floor. Left right left right.

Suddenly I feel a strong whoosh past me.

I spin around and see nothing.

Another whoosh behind me.

I spin around and see nothing again.

Suddenly literally out of no where Damon appears. I tilt my head confused.

"Elena?" He asks.

I shake my head.

"It's Emma." I say.

"Elena." He says and looks at me.

Well I don't know if it's at me or behind me.

I turn around to see Elena laying down on a bed? When the fuck did that get there.

"Damon." Elena says and gets off the bed.

Elena runs towards Damon jumping on him and kissing him with happiness.

I feel like my hearts been ripped out of my chest and stopped on the ground.

I gasp try to breath.

"Doesn't feel good does it." Some girl says next to me.

A very dark gloomy hurt girl looks at Damon and Elena sadly. Then looks at me.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"The ghost of heartbreak." She says sadly.

This is some weird creepy shit.

"Why don't you stay?" She asks.

"Where?" I ask.

"The other side. You have Eris. She's all you'll need. You don't need him. He's in love with you're own sister!" She says.

"What's your name?" I ask.

"Keres." She pauses.

"It means hurt broken soul." She says.

Suddenly someone appears on the other side of me. I flinch. The fuck is happening.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"My names Janan, I'm the ghost of heart happiness." She says smoothly and calmly.

I look at her. She's a very happy not broken cheerful person. Ghost I mean.

"You need to move on. Go to the light." She pauses and raises her hand. A light appears and my parents and Jenna are there waiting for me to join.

"They love you and that's all that matters. You're people here. They're slowly moving on. It's time to find your own happiness. Stop making others happy and focus on yourself." Janan says. I think.

It's Eris or my parents.

Then a mature lady pops in front of me.

I flinch once again.

"Lady's. That's quiet enough. It's Emma's decision whether she wants to go with her parents with peace. Or with Eris on the other side wallowing away with the others." She says.

"And you are?" I ask.

"That doesn't matter." She says.

"Is that my only choices?" I ask.

They all look at each other.

"There is my way. You can go back to the real world." She says.

I sigh.

She steps aside to reveal Stefan looking all gloomy and sad.

"He's waiting for you. He needs you." She says.

I step forwards.

"I'm sorry Eris, parents. Jenna. But I came here to go to the real world. And that's where I'm going to go." I say and walk to the ghost who wouldn't tell me her name.

We both walk forwards and I see the city.

Then in a flash I see my whole life pass me and I think I black out.
