Aww, Rylan. During that summer, he always tried to make me feel better or tried to do something fun. Since that didn't work, he would bake me treats and bring them to me with ice cream while we watched stupid movies. Rylan is one of those people that I will forever be grateful for.

I was right. The conference did bring home a lot of questions. There were questions about why I wasn't participating in class.

I gave them an answer along the lines of that I already know the content and I am bored in class. Both are true. I learn material fast, so I couldn't lie about that. As for being bored, more like not wanting to bring attention to me.

We had Thanksgiving the other day. My parents hosted like usual, so my whole family was here. Keep in mind that the family is huge, so I was forced to interact with people.

The worst part was that I had to wear a dress. Don't get me wrong, I love dresses, but the one that mom got me was terrible. It was pink (my least favorite color), puffy, and frilly. It was uncomfortable and it smelled like a drug addict.

My guy cousins kept making fun of me, so I go them back by wrestling with them. I had a comfortable outfit under the dress, so I was safe. When I heard the satisfying rip of the fabric, I couldn't be happier. My mom started to have a panic attack while my cousins continued to wrestle with me. My mom was going to yell at me, but my grandfather stopped her. Even though he won't admit it, I am my grandfather's favorite.

I saved money to go black Friday shopping for the things that I want and need. I went to Bestbuy to get a new computer. I needed one because my other computer was dying. I got a Lenovo Yoga laptop. From what I have used it so far, I love it. I also got an elephant pattern laptop case, a slim, purple mouse, and a purple stylus.

I went to a couple of office supply stores to get a couple of editing software for my writing. I don't know which one I will use for the long run, so I got three to be safe.

After all that fun, I went to Barnes and Noble. I got a couple of books that I have wanted forever but never got. My favorite out of them all is Dead Girls Don't Lie by Jennifer Shaw Wolf. I just love the story so much. I got a peppermint mocha frappuccino from Starbucks. I don't care that it is almost winter. I will only drink the frappuccinos and regular hot chocolate from Starbucks.

I sat in the cafe for a couple of hours setting my new laptop up. I'm glad that I saved enough money to have a few more frappuccinos and snacks.
