Kai brings Nami to the nearest hospital. Nami had one request before he brought her there.
"I will go to the hospital if you make up another name for me AND not tell the hospital my real name." ordered Nami
"What is your middle name?"
"Why? I don't see how that'll help you."
"Just tell me, please!" Kai pleaded
"Fiiiiinnne. My middle name is Mabel." said Nami reluctantly
" Good now we just need to make a last name up. Hmmmm."
Kai thought hard when Nami piped up.
"What about Sakara. It was my mother's maiden name."
"Perfect. You now go as Mabel Sakara. Until we check out of the hospital, that is."
"Let's go then, NOW!" shouted Nami irritated.

They duo entered Osauna National Hospital, the best hospital in Japan. Kai and Nami nervously approached the front desk. Kai spoke for the two of them
"Um...Hi I am Kai Young. My friend here broke her ankle...I think."
The nurse answered, "Ok! What is this beautiful girl's name?!"
"Her name is...uh..." Kai looked at Nami for the answer. She mouthed Mabel Sakara
"Mabel Sakara! Yea Mabel Sakara's her name!" Kai laughed nervously.
"Honey, We need a middle name too."
"Uhh... Ok. Mabel what is your middle name?" Kai fumbled over his words.
"Ummm... Ley. yea Ley is my middle name." uttered Nami
"Okay Miss. Sakara we'll have a nurse out right away to get you to an x-ray screening."
