Chapter 10

Yeri POV

I woke up almost regretting waking up due to worrying about that person writing and sending me those notes. I rolled out of my bed and after looked at the time. I quickly changed into my uniform and walked downstairs and headed to the kitchen.

"Yeri-sshi, what would you like for breakfast?" My maid asks

"Nothing. I don't feel like eating right now" I said, "I just want to go to school. That's all"

"Arasseo, I'll send over the driver"

I waited at least 10 minutes until my driver came and as I walked out of the house, I felt tiny rain drops falling on my shoulder. I quickly got in the car before more rain can go on me. 

A few minutes passed and I arrived at the school. The rain has stopped, good. I didn't bring a umbrella. Here and there, students would stare at me as my driver would pull into the school. I couldn't wait until my driver got out of his seat to open my door. "Don't worry, I'll open the door, myself. But thank you anyways"

I got out of the car while in the corner of my eye, I saw the car driving away. Every time I turn my head, I would hear students whispering. "Yeri ah, you came to school!" 

I turned my head to where I heard the voice, "Oh hey". Turning out, it is Wendy, Joohyun, and Taehyung.

"We were getting worried" Wendy said

"Well anyways, we need to go. Apparently, Jimin didn't know what to do for the exams and Seul was trying to help him and later she got frustrated. Anyways, bye~" Joohyun said

"Bye~" Taehyung said

I waved goodbye to them until I heard Jungkook coming towards me. "Is everything alright? Can I do anything that can cheer you up?"

"Aniyo... Just don't worry about me" I said. I almost started to turn around and walk away until he back hugged me.

"Please don't ever forget" He said

I stood there not knowing what to do at this point. I eventually broke free from his hug "We'll talk later. We are almost going to be late to class"

"Joy ah, I'll be right back" I said. As I saw her waiting outside talking with Wendy.

I walked over to my locker. As I opened it, I felt like something was going to happen. No Yeri! You are probably just overreacting. As I unlocked my lock, a note fell out of my locker (a/n: I know, it's a bit cliché...) "What's this?"

I bent down to grab the note that's now on the ground. Then I sliently read it.

"Yeri ah,

I see you came back today. Plus, I did see you and Jungkook--talking. He seems like he still likes you. However, like I said. Stay away. Remember what I said. I'm warning you.

~ Unknown"

"Yeri ah--" Wendy said. As all three of them walked to me. "What's wrong?"

As I heard Wendy Unnie speaking, I immediately turned around and hiding the note behind my back.

"Annyeong" I said

"Yeri ah, you wanna come with us to study?" Joy asked, "because exams are coming up"

I shook my head, "Aniyo, I need to be home soon"

"Yeri ah, what's behind your back? Are you hiding something from us?" Seulgi said. I clearly could hear her being worried

"Aniyo! Anyways, my driver is here-- I mean Eomma is here. I gotta go" I said while carefully walking away, also not trying to accidentally show them the note.

"Aish, that kid has so many secrets..." Wendy said

What secrets is Yeri hiding?
