One-Shot #7- Vegeta: Just Don't Kill Yourself!

 You stared out the window as the slight breeze blew pass you. The sea was blue as ever and the sky was clear and bright. It was a beautiful day, but to you it was also a sad day.

"Naeco, you're still here?"

You turned your head towards your bedroom door and there stood in the doorway was Lunch. She was on her way to wash some clothes by the look of that basket full of dirty laundry she was holding.

"Ah, yeah." You smiled weakly at her.

"I thought you would of all people go to see Goku, and them off." She said.

"Well, I didn't." You sheepishly smiled. There was a moment of silence before Lunch spoke.

"If you're going to tell him Naeco. It would be now. Bulma said that their journey might take months or even years. Who knows what would happen to him." Lunch then walked off.

You sat there on your bed. Months...even years before he gets back... You bit your lip.

The earth was going to be attacked by some space aliens and Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and basically almost all of your friends had to be sent to space to save earth. Since you weren't much of a fighter, you had to stay behind. You worried about them. And most of all Vegeta. What if he gets killed? No, he couldn't be...but what if he does? That thought made you get out of your bed, head out side where you used a capsule to poof up an airski. You then headed to the mainland where most of your friends were at to either see their friends be sent to outer space or are the people being sent to outer space. You gripped the handles tightly, hoping you're not too late to tell him.

When you got there, you spotted Vegeta and them getting on a space ship that had the words CAPSULE printed on it. Veteta was the last one to be on board.

"WAIT!" You shouted. "VEGETA WAIT!"

He stopped and looked up. He then saw you. You landed the airski and ran to him.

"Naeco? What are you doing here?" He questioned.

"I-I wanted to tell you..." You huffed. You hestitated.

You hestitated for so long that Vegeta said, "Well? If you're going to say somthing, then spit it ou-"

Before he could finish, you grabbed his hand pulled him into a kiss. He was utterly shocked when you let go and took a step back.

"Just...Just don't kill yourself! I want you to come back. Safe and sound." You said to him.

He blinked a few times before he smirked. "Alright. I'll try to come back," He then hugged you which made you a little bit shocked, "but I won't promise you that I'll be safe and sound." He let you go and headed inside the ship.

Then the ship charged up. Before it lifted off, you shouted at the top of your lunges, "I'LL BE WAITING!"

And with that, you watched Vegeta head off into space.
