Boy Drama

Chapter 3

The weekend had been amazing for Kendra, texting, calling, and face timing Jake all night.  She just couldn't believe that she had fallen in love with such an amazing guy like Jake, plus he was pretty close in age.  Which surprised her even more.  As Kendra lay awake in bed trying really hard to fall asleep.  She just couldn't mess this up. She had to be more mature and act older that way he would keep liking her.  

Since Kendra couldn't fall asleep she decided to go to the kitchen and find something to eat or drink.  But when she got to the kitchen she realized that she can't eat a lot because then she'll have a food baby.  And that means her stomach will stick out. Kendra didn't want that so she just grabbed so yogurt and go to back to her room. As she was eating her yogurt on her bed she got bored and tuned on the TV, just to see what was on.  But as usual nothing was on, so she got on Netflix to try to find a movie.  When she finally found a movie to watch she had finished her yogurt.  But when she look at her phone to see what time it was, she realized that it was already 1:30.  So she ended up shutting the TV off and going to sleep. 

When she woke up she realize that it was Monday. So jump out of bed to get dressed. When she was dressed in skinny jeans and a nice pink shirt, she went to the kitchen to eat some breakfast.  While she was eating her phone rang, and when she answered she realized it was Jake calling her to tell her that he was on his way to get her. So she had to hurry up and get ready to live with Jake.

When Jake pulled up in the driveway she rushed out the door and got in the car. On the way to school they kept giving each other compliments on how they look. "You look so cute today Kendra," Jake said grinning.

"Thank you, and you too," Kendra said blushing.

When they got to school they parked the car, kissed then went inside. When they were walking to their lockers everyone was staring at them. And when they got to Kendra's lockers Alexis and Trent were there waiting for them. "Why is everyone staring at us," Kendra said confused while opening her locker.

"No one here thinks that you should be dating Jake because he's a player ," Alexis said frowning.

"That's so stupid and not true," said Jake getting up set.

"Oh well, don't worry about what other people think of you guys being together," Trent said smiling.

"Ok," Kendra said smiling. Closing her locker.

When lunchtime came around everyone just glared at them like they were going to bite their heads off. And throughout the day it just got worse. To where people even people started bumping into them on purpose. As the day ended when Kendra went to go get her stuff out of her locker she overheard a girl talking to some guy, but when the talking stop she got suspicious. So she decided to see what was going on, but when she looked she felt like crying because what she saw she could not believe her eyes. She saw a girl making out with JAKE! So, she when she walked up to them, she tapped the girl on the shoulder. And when she turned around her face turned beat red. So she ended up leaving Jake and Kendra by themselves. When Jake saw Kendra's face he felt so stupid for letting that girl kiss him. "Kendra I can explain," Jake said reaching for Kendra's hand.

"How?" Kendra said with a tear running down her cheek.

"It really isn't my fault my ex still likes me. She kept pushing me against the wall and I can't hurt because I'm a guy and she's a girl. I don't even like her like that. I like you, I love you and I'm so sorry. Please try to understand," Jake said. While he started to cry.

"I love you too, but you really hurt me," Kendra said while whipping her tears.

"And I'm sorry. I'll never hurt you again, I promise. I really do care about you and if I could go back and fix things I would. I love you so much and I always will," Jake said grabbing Kendra's hand. 

But she quickly pulled her hand away. And when Jake thought Kendra was going to leave him forever, never talk to him, and break up with him. She didn't, instead when he stood up she pushed him against the wall and kissed him. Jake was so happy that she didn't break up with him. They had never kissed like this before. So when the bell rang they went to Jake's car and kissed some more. They were so happy that Jake asked if she wanted to come over and watch a movie together.

"I loved to," Kendra said smiling.

When they got to Jake's house Kendra got a little nervous because she had never been at Jake's house before. So when they walked inside Jake took Kendra to the living room to watch a movie."What do you want to watch," Jake asked.

"It doesn't really matter to me," Kendra said shrugging.

"You can choose it doesn't matter to me," Jake said smiling.

"Ok, how about Lights Out," Kendra said grinning.

"That sound good, but won't you get scared," Jake said with a smirk.

"Not as long as I have you," Kendra said blushing.

When the movie started Kendra got really close to Jake that way she wasn't scared. But when the movie got really scary Kendra would scream and hide her face in Jake chest. Jake was even a little scared, which surprised Kendra. The movie got so scary that the popcorn would fly out of the bowl into their laps and on the floor. Kendra even cried a little during the movie because it was also sad and depressing. After the movie was over they both sat there in the dark not wanting to move an inch, until Jake got up and turned on the lights. Kendra on the other hand was so scared to even move. So to make her feel better Jake sat down next to her and put his arm around her and kissed her on the forehead to make sure she was ok. She ended up looking right into his eyes and they just sat there in silence. Until, Jake leaned in and started kissing her. The next thing Kendra new she was laying down on the couch, with Jake on top of her, making out with her. She got a little scared thinking it might go too far, but she knew Jake wouldn't do that. "Right? Or would he? What should I do? Should I tell him I have to go home?" Kendra thought to herself. 

But the next thing she heard being whispered in her ear was, "Do you want to stay the night?" Jake said quietly.
