Chapter 4

Kendra was really surprised that Jake would ask a question like this. So Kendra had to think of something and fast. "Well do you or not," Jake asked grinning.

"I don't know," Kendra said looking scared.

"Just for the night, Jake said, I promise nothing bad is going to happen".

"Ok," Kendra said feeling strange.

When the got to his room, he shut the door behind him. Kendra looked at him as if something was going on. Kendra got a little freaked out at that moment because of all the things that were happening to her. And they were all happening so fast.  So Kendra was trying decided if she was going to tell him she wasn't comfortable with sleeping with him yet. But the next thing she knew she was laying in bed with Jake while he was kissing her all over. Then Kendra realized that he was trying to have sex with her. So Kendra started freaking out not know what to do what so ever. Then she finally decided to try to push him off of her. When she got him off of her Jake just stared at her. "What was that for," Jake asked looking at Kendra with a weird look on his face.

"You were trying to have sex with me and....... Kendra paused, I don't want to," Kendra said starting to cry.

"What are you talking about I would never try to do that to you," Jake said throwing his arms up.

"Then why were you kissing me like that," Kendra said frowning.

"I didn't mean to do it like that or make it look bad," Jake said with an upset face.

"Oh.............look I didn't know and I'm sorry, Kendra said, I'm just knew at this."

"It's ok and I'm sorry too. It was my mistake that you thought that," Jake said looking down.

Kendra was really happy that Jake wasn't trying to have sex with her. She didn't want that and neither did he. So when they lay down in bed they kissed goodnight and went to sleep with Jake's arm around her and Kendra's arms around him. 

When they woke up the next morning Kendra had to hurry back home so her parents wouldn't find out. So Jake drove her home  as quick as they could. When she got home her parents and her sister were still asleep in their room, so she gave Jake a kiss and said bye and rushed to her room. While Kendra lay in her bed she thought of Jake and how much she liked him. And she knew that Jake felt the same way. Kendra felt like the luckiest girl in the world to be with a guy like him. After a while of thinking about him, she had fallen asleep and when she woke up her sister and parents were awake and eating lunch. When she walk in the room her sister shouted "Look mommy Kendra is awake." 

Kendra's mom just looked up and went back to cleaning. So Kendra went back to her room to text Alexis. When she looked at her phone Alexis had already asked if she wanted to the mall. But Kendra didn't want to go to the mall she wanted to spend time with Jake. So Kendra lay there thinking about Jake and waiting for school the next day. After a while she fell asleep and woke up to her phone buzzing. It was Jake asking if she could go to the movies with Alexis and Trent. But Kendra didn't want to go anywhere so she decided to go to sleep to get a good night sleep for tomorrow.

When Kendra woke up her phone rang because Jake had texted her telling her good morning and that he was going to pick her up in an hour. So Kendra texted him back and got ready for school. She had no idea what she was going to wear all she knew was that she wanted to look nice, so she put on a skirt, flats, a tank top, and a jean jacket. She put her hair up in high ponytail and put on makeup. When she got to the kitchen she grab some breakfast and headed out the door. Jake had already been waiting for her in the driveway. When she got in the car Jake smiled and said, " Hey beautiful". 

"Hey", Kendra said blushing.

They drove off to school and when they got out of the car they kissed and went to class. " Hey Kendra", Alexis said smiling.

"Hey," Kendra said giving her a hug, " I'm so glad that me and Jake are together." 

"Same here," Alexis said laughing.

As they walked in side Jayln, Jessie, Savannah, Emily K, Emily R, and Jordan were waiting for them. While they were talking a cute guy walked up with Trent.

"Hey guys," Trent said smiling, "This is Josh he is one of my other friends and he's also friends with Jake.

"Hey Josh," everyone said laughing.

But then a strange thing happened Josh and Kendra met eyes and just stared at each other for the longest time. When finally Jake walked up and gave Kendra a big hug and a kiss. Josh's smile went away when he saw them together wishing he had someone."Hey Josh," Jake said still having his arms wrapped around Kendra.

Josh just kinda looked at them and then finally said, "Hey".

As the day went on Kendra got a text from her groups chat with her friends that said "Kendra you need to get down by the gym Jake needs to ask you something.

So Kendra rushed down to the gym and saw Jake standing there waiting for her. "Hey Kendra", Jake said smiling real big, "I need to ask you something."

"Ok", Kendra said looking at him smiling.

"Do you want to go to the dance with me", Jake said looking hopeful.
