"well well if it isn't alex. Long time no see,"the freckled guy chimed. Something about him.....he looks so familiar. The French guy took me by the hand lightly kissing it,"hello there Mon ami. I'm Lafayette. I noticed you were looking at us were you or were you not." I flinched backing away and bumping into the buff guy,"ah i-im sorry." He smiled as my hood came off,"it's alright miss. I'm just happy your okay." I looked up at him and suddenly got turned around by that curly haired,freckled faced guy staring at me,"it can't be.........it....no.....yes ....YES.......ALYSSA!!" He hugged me smiling and rubbed the back of my head. I blinked and Lafayette looked at him confused smiling,"john?? Do you know this lady?" John smiled happily,"yes!! We've met a long time ago and I moved so I haven't seen her since." John.......wait!! "John.......as in John Laurens. Your the one that comforted me by that tree right,"I looked up at him. John Laurens spun me around,"correct. So you do remember hehe." Hercules smiled and went up to me and john,we are going to the winter's ball tonight. You should come to it. "Winter ball?? hmmmm....that sounds good. Yeah i think ill go." john cheered smiling and i looked at him thinking 'has my best friend ever been this cute/'

i got dressed up in a long pink gown and pinned my hair up. "alright im all set,"i said walking outside. when i spotted the ball, it was a huge place with a lot of fancy dressed people everywhere. my eyes shimmered and i stepped inside. the inside was better than the outside. it was shimmering with a gold tint from the lights and it was huge. i walked around silently and bumped into a girl with long, brown hair and a pink dress sorta like mine. i stuttered and looked at her as she turned around, i-im so sorry!?! i wasn't looking where i was going!" she smiled and grabbed my hand",its alight. dont apologize for a meaningless accident." i looked at her and the two other girls with her. sisters maybe?? She gasped",oh my apologizes! allow me to introduce myself. my name is angelica Schuyler." she curtseyed and her other sisters surrounded me smiling,'my name is Elizabeth but you can just call me Eliza. and this Peggy." peggy smiled and i smiled nervously",im alyssa. its very nice to meet you three." the sisters smiled happily and i spotted someone very familiar. "AH,"i flinched and hid behind angelica as john passed by us talking to lafayette and hercules. she noticed this and the sisters squealed in delight. "oh my king george!!! you like john laurens dont you!!" i blushed red and looked at her surprised",what makes you guys say that?" eliza grabbed my shoulders and smiled giggling",your the cutest alyssa. you make it so obvious." i blinked and peggy smiled walking to john",hey laurens!!" i flinched and blinked. what is she doing?? i saw her grab john by the arm and he looked at me blinking. i blinked at him and turned around blushing pink. i felt his hand grab mine and i looked at him,smiling and looking at me",may i have this dance?"
