The New Neighbors (Niall Horan fanfic)

Chapter 4

Rose's P.O.V.

After hours of shopping, Bell and I had so many clothes and we were absolutely pooped out. I decided to go home with Bell since she had a car already, lucky butt :P I texted my mom and she was perfectly fine, as long as I was home by 9 because it's already 6 pm. It was a perfect day at the mall, aside from the neighbor encounter.

"So... Tell me about the blonde hair kid."

"Well he's our new neighbor, he lives across the street"

"Whoa so he lives alone??"

"Nah, I don't think so."

"Oh, ok cool cool. You gonna go talk to him?"

"I kinda have to, I'm going over to their house to give them cookies my mom's making."

"OMG those heaven cookies?!?!"

"Haha yeah, I'll sneak you some."

"And this is Why I love you girl."

We finally reached the house and ran up to her room. Lets just say, she's not the neatest person I've ever met. We spent the whole time messing with people on omegle and talking about boys, typical girl stuff. I checked the time and it was about 7:50 pm. Bell only lived a few minutes away from me which was good.

"Hey can you drive me home? I have to be home by 8"

"Sure baby, hang on a sec."

We were finally in the car and before I knew it, we were at my house. She dropped me off and wished me luck with the neighbors and hoped for me not to get murdered. Thanks bell, now I'm scared.

I got to the doors and my mom shoved the cookies into my hands while taking the bags away from me, wow hi to you too mom.

I made my way over to the door and rang the bell, feeling a lump in myth roast form. Suddenly, the big brown door opened and he was answered it, my eyes went wide..

"Hey it's you again, sorry I didn't get your name, what is it?"

Why is he sounding nice... He's a bad boy isn't he... This is all a trick Rose, it's all an act.

"Um um R-r-rose" Great, here comes the stuttering, just my luck..

"Ok cool, hey Rose, I'm Niall, Niall Horan, what brings you here??"

"M-my mom w-wanted me to give y-you th-these."

"Oh great, I love chocolate chip cookies, thanks!"

"You're welcome"

"Anyways, I'll see you around, yeah?"

"Yeah, sure bye Niall!"

"Bye Rose."

Once the door closed completely, I turned around and started walking back to my house. "Nice going rose, he thinks you're a weirdo now."

I opened the door and walked right to my room to go to bed, ignoring my mom asking how it went. Tomorrow better be good... And with that, I drifted off to a deep sleep.
