Chapter 18

Rose's P.O.V.

Cole can't be here.. He can't, the last time I saw him, he was being taken away from the cops..

*Flashback*

I was in cole's room, we were just talking and fooling around like we always do. I was laying on his lap and we started to make out. We've done this so many times, each one being different from the last. We've done everything... Everything except the ultimate sacrifice.... My virginity.

"C'mon baby lets just do it, I've waited since the day I met you to do this with u."

Cole started to get frustrated and I could tell her was, a hint of anger intertwined in his voice. He's asked me before but I've never said yes.

"Cole, I don't think this is right, I don't think we should do it."

Suddenly, his nails were digging into my hips hurting me.

"Ow cole stop you're hurting me."

"Listen.. I've been as patient as I can Rose and I will do it with you. Now or never."

His eyes were lightning up like fire, making me scared. Chills sprinted down every part of my body. I knew him all to well... I know what he's gonna do next. He's gonna force me to have sex.

Before I could react, he hit me in the face. I can't believe it.. He would hit me a few times but I'd always forgive him because he always said he would never do it again. Before I could do anything, darkness over took my mind.

I woke up with a pounding in my head, I tried to rub my temples but couldn't. I looked around and noticed my hands were tied as well as my legs. I was tied to a bed... I was about to scream when a hand was put over my mouth.

"Shhh baby don't worry it won't hurt."

He tried to sound seductive and horribly failed.

I bit his hand and he slapped me hard across the face in return, making me whimper.

"C-cole don't do this, I'll never forgive you."

He had an evil look and that's what scared me.. This wasn't the cole I knew and fell for.. This is the real him, a monster. It was always an act... He just wanted to get in my pants all along...

I started to scream as he started to massage my breasts. I screamed as loud as I could, he was naked and I didn't even noticed until he rubbed himself against my naked self.

He a about to enter me when suddenly, the cops came in, seven men trying to take cole down. I was relieved but still panicking. This is to much for me to go through, the last thing I remember was cole screaming and the cops pushing him to the ground.

I woke up with a panic, I realized I wasn't in a bed anymore, I was in an ambulance covered with a big sweat shirt. I was in an ambulance..

I saw police cars surrounding his house and people with panic in their eyes.

That was the last memory I had with cole...

*flashback over*

I found out the next day that one of his neighbors called in a noise complaint on him and he was guilty of dealing drugs and drinking as well.

I was deep in thought and Niall could tell due to the panic mixed in my facial features.

"Niall can we get out of here please."

"Sure babe what's wrong?"

"N-nothing just can we leave please" my voice came out hoarse as I saw cole get closer and closer towards us.

Niall and I were walking towards the door and we had to pass cole and his lady friend.. Great..

We walked by and cole definitely saw me because he smirked and winked right at me, causing chills to run down my spine and my fingers intertwining with niall's.

We got to his house and right when I stepped in, I bursted out into tears.

Niall wrapped his arms around me and started kissing my forhead.

"What's wrong? Wanna talk about it?"

I might as well right? After all, he is my boyfriend.

I sniffled before managing a yes. Niall guided me to the couch and I cuddled into his chest.

I told him everything, since the beggining to now.

He just sat there shocked.

"Niall?"

He zoned out I guess cause the next thing I know, he looked at me with fists balled and I could see the fire in his eyes.

"THAT LOWLIFE SON OF A BITCH!! I SWEAR IF HE EVER COMES 5 DAMN FEET FROM YOU, I'LL RIP HIS DAMN HEAD OFF!!!"

His sudden outburst scared me and he knew it did cause he suddenly calmed down and snaked his arms around me once more.

"I'm sorry for my outburst, it's just not right you had to go through that horrible experience, cole's a huge asshole and I promise I'd never do that with you no matter what. Stay away from him Rose please. I don't know what I'd do if you ever got hurt."

"I believe you niall."

He leaned in for a kiss and I allowed him to, it wasn't hard or forceful, in fact it was sweet and gentle. I savored his lips, our lips moved together and it was heaven.

That moment,I realized.. Niall Horan is my safe haven...
