🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

Namjoon walked towards the front door, stretching his arms and yawning. He wondered who was here this time. Last he'd checked, it was only around 8. He shrugged and pulled open the door.

"Merry Christmas!" Hoseok screeched in broken English.

"Hyung, why are you here already?" Jungkook asked.

"Ah, welcome, guys." Namjoon grinned at the newcomers standing in the hallway. "Come in."

The two followed him inside, breathing in deeply as they made their way to the living room.

"Woah, Jin hyung has already started breakfast." Jungkook smacked his lips in anticipation.

When they got to the living room, they came upon a strange situation. Yoongi was still asleep, but he had Jimin in his arms, holding him very tight.

"H--help me," Jimin begged through gasps for air.

"Uh..." Jungkook said slowly.

"Hyung!" Namjoon snapped. "Get off of Jimin!"

He crouched down and grabbed Yoongi, attempting to pull him off of the poor boy. Jimin tried to wiggle away from his grip to no avail.

"Guys, help me," Namjoon snapped at the two who stood slack.

"On it!" Hoseok kneeled next to Namjoon and also grabbed Yoongi. "Get off him, Yoongi!"

Yoongi slowly opened his eyes.

"Hoseok...? What are you doing here?" He grumbled.

Namjoon gave Hoseok an offended look. How come Yoongi only awoke at the sound of his voice?

"It's Christmas!" Hoseok cried.

"Oh, really?" Yoongi nodded blearily and turned back over.

"No you don't!" Namjoon cried.

"Hyung!" Jungkook called to the kitchen. "There's a strange man in your apartment!"

Yoongi opened his eyes again, finally realizing who he was holding.

"Gaaaish!" He exclaimed, pulling away quickly.

Jimin also scrambled away, shuddering.

"Finally." Namjoon sighed in relief.

"Okay, now can you guys explain?" Jungkook said. "Wait, he's not Yoongi's...is he?"

"Ew, of course not! Oh my gosh, stop!" Yoongi shivered in disgust. "If you must know, he's a thief who we are holding in captivity."

"Yes, holding in captivity very tightly," Hoseok teased.

Namjoon and Jungkook snickered as Yoongi stood and sent Hoseok a death glare. But Hoseok was instead watching Jimin with interest.

"I don't understand. How can someone so cute be a thief?" He asked after a minute.

"That's what we're trying to figure," Namjoon said. "Truthfully, he thinks he's an elf."

Jimin, having heard the conversation, let out a whine in exasperation.

"I thought you believed me now!" He exclaimed.

Namjoon shrugged apologetically.

"I'd believe it." Jungkook carefully approached the redhead. "Look how short he is."

Jungkook practically towered over Jimin, who glared up at him in annoyance. Jungkook smirked at his reaction.

"In any case, we don't know what to do with him," Yoongi finished, yawning.

"Can we keep him?" Hoseok gasped. "Please!"

"I think we should call the police if he really is a robber," Jungkook pointed out, turning back to the others.

"No, I have to get home," Jimin said.

"We're not letting you go that easy, even if you do have freakishly pointy ears," Yoongi snapped.

"Breakfast!" Jin called.

Jungkook squeaked in delight and raced ahead of the rest into the kitchen. Jimin lagged behind grumpily. He thought he'd finally earned their trust. Now how was he going to return?

"This smells amazing!" Hoseok gasped, breathing in the large table of food laid out before them.

"Dig in, as cleanly as possible," Jin announced.

The boys all grabbed their utensils, about to dive into the sublime dishes before them, but a deep voice caused them to freeze.

"Ah, so this is what I get for missing Christmas with my real family. My other brothers forget about me."

Everyone turned to look at Taehyung, who stood at the entrance of the kitchen with an annoyed frown.

"Hyung!" Jungkook exclaimed.

"Ah, Taehyung-ah." Jin hurried towards him. "We didn't forget about you. Really!"

He pulled him into a hug and ushered him to the table where the others sat sheepishly.

"That's not what this looks like," Taehyung said with a pout.

"Come on, things were a little hectic this morning," Namjoon insisted. "Plus, this is your first Christmas coming by yourself. Last year you came with Hoseok, remember?"

"Oh, right! When I don't bring you its very confusing," Hoseok agreed.

Taehyung just shook his head and crossed his arms in disapproval. His eyes scanned the table, giving everyone there a personal scowl, but he stopped when his eyes landed on Jimin.

"Oh, who are you?" Taehyung asked, perking up in curiosity.

"Jimin," Jimin replied. "I'm an elf."

He wasn't going to be subtle about it any longer.

"Oh. That's cool," Taehyung replied simply. "Hyung, can I have a plate?"

He seemed to be over his little mood, to the great relief of the rest. And none of them were surprised at his indifference to Jimin's bold statement. Jimin, however, was quite surprised by his lack of reaction.

"Well, Jimin, this is it. This is all of us," Namjoon began. "Now we have to decide what to do with you."

Jimin gulped.

"Well, if you could hurry and decide that would be nice, because I need to be home by midnight," he told him.

"Huh? Why?" Jin asked.

"'Cause if I don't get back before midnight, I'll never be able to return."
