Fierce claw, don't you think we should find other hunting grounds? This place has never feed our pack, just leave the scraps left of this land to them.

Cloud storm was discussing this at the edge of the clearing.

He ignored her question and jumped to the high ledge.

We must find new hunting grounds, this land is not lush enough for our pack, especially with fall coming to a close.

The pack nodded in agreement.

But I will not be coming with you.

The pack began murmuring In surprise

I no longer am wearing my leaf wrap.

The pack broke into congrats to cloud storm, not noticing that she was not wearing his wrap.

Cloud storms ears flattened and her eyes glowed with angry fire.

My successor, star light, will be the new leader of my pack

The pack nuzzled her in welcome.

But why can't you come with us? Said jagged bones, concerned.

I must stay with my mate, the beholder of my leaf wrap, Wolf heart.

The pack gasped in surprise.

Cloud tail narrowed her eyes to slits.

Star light, you will need to find a new code for your pack, since I will be keeping the one I just recited.

She nodded her head, of course.

WHAT!!! WHAT!!!!!!!

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

She howled in fury, and jumped on the ledge next to him.

DID YOU EAT ROTTING PREY? she said ears flat and hackles high.

Leave him alone! You must respect your former leader's desicion! I said jumping up next to her.

She pushed her nose up to mine.

I was almost half her size.

The pack gasped at the curse, and starlight covered clover fur's ears.

That was the worst thing you could call a wolf, a bear heart.

She picked me up by the scruff and flung me off the ledge.

I hit my head on a boulder and was stunned, I felt blood seeping out my mouth.

I could hardly hear what happened next due to the ringing in my scull.

AND PLUS THE LEADERSHIP SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME!

Clover fur stood up, HEY my mom would be a great leader!

Your just saying that so you can have your mom as leader, and get special attention! She said jumping down and cuffing him over the ear.

he wimpered and hid behind jagged bones.

Starlight stood up.

Nobody hurts my pup!!

If I was leader, I would exile you!!!

Oh yeah? Let's see if you can be leader WHEN YOU ARE DEAD! BEAR HEART!!!

She slammed a huge paw across her neck and she fell to the ground.

Starlight! Jagged bones ran over.

Blood was pooling from her wound, but her breath only got louder.

She staggered to her paws showing false weakness, then turned and lept at her with tremendous force and yowled in anger.

She plummeted to the ground, and swiped at her muzzle over and over and over, until her face was no longer sleek and white, but dark red.

Stop! Fierce claw yowled, just before starlight have the killing bite.

Your envy has driven you mad! Said starlight.

Your right she replied.

I'm sorry everyone, what's done is done I respect your desicion

Lets go, we need to find new hunting grounds, remember, oh great and honorable starlight. She said sarcastically.

She growled, yes good bye feirce claw, good hunting to you.

They walked out if camp, cloud storm was at the back.

She smirked at us through dark eyes.

What's she smiling about?

I don't know, but it's not our problem any more, Nor will it ever be.
