Shane's pov
I walked in the room and saw Ryland asleep I smiled at how cute he looked then kissed his forehead lightly and went downstairs and pulled out my phone and stared at the black screen in fear for what I was about to find out but I did it anyway I googled symptoms of anorexia

·Higher risk of heart failure
·Dehydration
·Starvation

·Brittle nails
·Nausea
·Low body temperature
·Feeling cold
I was in tears but I needed my babty to be okay so I cleared my tears and went upstairs
I touched his hair which normally was thick and soft now dry as straw
His once glossy long nails now brittle and breaking
I went back downstairs in tears
After a while I had calmed down and gone back up and Ryland wasn't in bed,he was in the bathroom getting sick
Then I remembered...nausea was a big symptom my thoughts where inturupted by him opening the door
"Honey you okay"he asked reaching up to play with my hair
But when he reached his sleeve came down since he would only wear baggy clothes now
He grabbed it trying to pull it down but it was too late I had already see the cuts
I grabbed his arm causing him to wince a bit
In his arm in cuts spelt out ew
I just stared I couldn't even speak
Until I finally gathered up words
"Why?"I whispered as tears came to my eyes
He didn't answer me he just stayed quiet
I hugged him and he cried into my shirt
"I'm so sorry baby"he cried into my shirt
"It's okay just lift up your shirt"I said realising from the hug
He looked at me in pain and took off his shirt
He was getting life threateningly thin
I couldn't help it I started full on crying
I hugged him tight
"I love you so much"I cried
"I love you too"he said
"Please eat something"I said rubbing my eyes
"I can't"he said
I took his hand and brought him downstairs I put one slice of apple on a plate
"Let's start slow"I said handing it to him
Ryland's pov
I looked at the sadness in Shane's eyes I didn't want to since I was fat enough but I ate the one piece
That's the only food I've had in two days it tasted so good
I finished it and got up
I started getting that dizzy feelingagain so I decided to go to bed but halfway up the stairs everything went black
Shane's pov
Finally I got Ryland to eat but now he was going upstairs but halfway there he blacked out and fell backwards down the stairs
"Ryland!"I screamed
I pulled out my phone and called 9-1-1
"Hello I need an ambulance immediately my boyfriend just passed out and fell down a staircase"I said holding his hand tight
