Okay yes i know im coming back to this after like 3 months but alot of people didnt like the ending and @potterheadO9 gave me a wonderful idea so i hope you all like this one,Love you all so much💕
Shane's POV
I sat in the room alone with Ryland
I thought about what that nurse said how it would take a miracle for him to be okay and even though the odds were against him and all of his loved ones i knew he could be okay,Ryland is such a strong person and i'm a believer that he could do anything,including survive.
I kissed his head before going out to Drew for a bit,on my way out i saw a nurse walk into Rylands room
"Anything new with him?"he asked quietly
"Not yet"i replied before the silence of the room took over,It was 1:00am on a monday so the people that where there were not loud
"I really can't thank you enough for being here"i said to Drew
"It's no problem at all"he replied
I looked down the hall to see a couple of nurses and a doctor going into what looked to be rylands room
I quickly got up to make sure he was alright if it was him
As i practically ran all that went through my head in the 10 seconds was if it was him
I looked at tje room number to see it was
My heart almost stopped as i went in there but i gasped when i heard a very familiar voice.
"Where am i?,where's shane?"Ryland asked tiredly
Tears immediately formed in my eyes but didn't fall
One nurse looked over to me
"Sir you need to leave,sorry"she said
"Okay just tell him that shane is here"i said as a smile came across my face
She nodded and i went back
I didn't care how long i had to wait to see him now that i knew he was okay
"He's awake"i whispered to Drew with a smile on my face
"Oh my god that's great,see i knew he could do it"he replied
I nodded and sat down
~Timeskip to about an hour and a half later~
A doctor came up to me and Drew
"Are you Mr.yaw"he asked me
"Yes is Ryland alright?"i asked nervously
,Yes he is and he wants to see you"he replied
I smiled and got up,I was brought to tbe other original room where Ryland was awake in the bed
"Shane?"He asked
"I'm here baby"i whispered and held his hand

Ryland's POV
I've been out of the hospital for almost 2 months now and shane,I and some friends were going out to dinner tonight
I was dressed and shane was too
He looked a little nervous but i didn't think much of it
We got in the car and drove to the restaurant we were all meeting at
Luckily there was no big wait so after we all greeted each other we went inside and git seated
Shane was acting really weird and kept checking his pocket for some reason
"Honey are you okay?"i asked
"Yeah,and i've been okay for a while now and it's because of you,i love you Ryland and i want to ask you something"he said as he got up and finished the sentence as he got down one knee
My hand covered my mouth in surprise and i quickly looked back to see everyone else was smiling
"Ryland,will you marry me?"shame asked
I nodded as my hand as were still over my mouth and i got up and hugged him
He put the ring on my fingerand we kissed
"I love you babty"i whispered.
