Favorite animal: The cow. Because it's so peaceful and giving. And he likes meat and dairy A LOT!

Personality: usually rude, Loud and easily irritable. At work he is a really nasty boss the type all employees fear his wrath. But at home he's so weak and protective around his family. He's absolutely tame around his wife too. He spoils his kids and is a really good parent. Except he curses a lot.

Meaning of life : Valente would answer “Life is Three F's. Family, Food, and…” He checks the room to find his little girls staring at him from the door, so he clear his throat and continues. “ Firenze (Florence), that's where I was born, bellezza.”

Biggest fear: His wife's wrath. Losing his work (he owns a restaurant in Manhattan).

Things he desires most: to own a bigger business; a chain of Italian restaurants all over NYC. To make his family comfortable and happy. To buy his own family house in Italy, renovate it and add a pool, Jacuzzi, 80 inches flat screens and a personal amusement park for the kids. (He's a big child LOL)
