-Alexis' POV-

The skies darkened and the carriage started slowing down. Eager for a first glance of the school, all of us swarmed at the window. We gasped at the sight in front of us. The towers of the castle were visible through the sky. A nice hue of blue(HEY!! THAT RHYMES... random moment sorry)

We looked down and saw that the castle was coming into view. With a soft thud we landed. We stepped out of the carriage leaving everything behind. A gasp escaped my lips, we were not o ground but clouds, white fluffy clouds, littered with rose petals.

"Welcome to Beauxbatons. All first years please make your way to your left where a woman is waving like a mad woman, thank you. " a voice said, we all burst out laughing. Now, that voice does sound familiar, somehow.

We made our way to the left and saw a hand waving, like a mad woman. We walked forward to get a glance of the person and I shrieked, which I don't do often.

"AUNT VICTOIRE!!" I shouted.

Aunt Victoire stopped waving and looked around. Her eyes finally landed on me and she smiled her 200 watt smile.

"Hello, Ally. How are you doing?" she asked.

"I'm-" I was cut off by the voice and it was coming from Aunt Victoire's hand.

I looked down to see a... a cellphone? " Aunt Victoire, why do you have a cell phone?" I asked.

She smiled sheepishly and answered" Well, I could not find someone or thing to do the loud thingy u heard, so I asked the headmistress if I could enchant a cell phone, she was like... okay. "

We burst out in laughter, but sadly I was interrupted by Sky poking me in the ribs. Shoot... I forgot the introduction...

"Aunt Victoire. Meet Skylar, Anita and Akita. I met them on the carriage." I introduced.

"Skylar... You look familiar. Anyways, I'm Ally's aunt. But I hate being called Aunt Victoire, cus' it makes me sound old but I'm only like erm... 27... so yea. " She rambled, emphasising on Aunt.

I rolled my eyes. She's already 30 for Merlin's sake!

"Yea, sure, you're 27. You sure about that Aunt Victoire? Because the last itme I checked-" I was yet again cut off. By Aunt Victoire.

"Just playin' with ya heads, mate. I'm 29 years and 36 months. And I'm fine with the "aunt" crap. " she gave me a smile.

And guess whoo decided to interrupt? no one. Just Aunt Victoire's cell phone.

"Ooh... I better get going girls. I'll see ya'll later." she called over her shoulder as she hurried off in the other direction, her wavy blonde hair, catching the sun now and then.

We set off, following the crowd of First Years, finally ending up in front of the castle entrance.

"Welcome to Beauxbatons, ladies. Where girls are nourished into women. Anyways, we shall make our way to the dining hall for what else then dinner. Then followed by the headmistress' address and the opening ceremony at the assembly hall. " Aunt Victoire's voice came out from the cell phone, the voice seemingly magnified a few hundred times.

Just then, the doors into the castle swung open, a resounding gasp followed.

Chandeliers hung from the ceiling, the stairs marble. Photos of the Alumni hung on all four walls. The air smelled like roses The floor covered by a velvet carpet and a majestic grandfather clock stood at the end of the hallway, chiming every hour.

"This way please." the cell phone said, interrupting our train of thoughts.

We "ooh"ed and "ahh"ed on the way to the dining area. The aroma of food swifting into our noses making our mouths water from the thought of food. We stopped at a door and it swung open.

The dining hall.

There were four long tables, at the end of the hall, the principal sat on the highest chair, the teachers surronding her. The principal had long straight hair the shade of the sun setting. Her round spectacles sat on the bridge of her nose. SHe sat straight and tall, yet she looked familiar.

"Year Ones please come forward. We will go on with the sorting then dinner." the principal said.
