“Where’s the baby bottle area?” Sam asked the sales lady.

“It’s on aisle four ma’am,” the lady answered.

“Thanks,” Sam said. Sam grabbed Kiefer’s hand and pulled him to aisle four.

“C’mon babe,” Sam impatiently said to him.

When the couple reached aisle four, Sam grabbed two baby bottles and raised it in front of Kiefer’s face “Which is prettier, this or this?” she asked.

“Honey, they’re both pink.” Kiefer said feeling ridiculous because he’s seeing two identical pink baby bottle.

“Ugh! Kief, yes they’re both pink but the other is darker. This one has flower design, this one has hearts,” Sam said in irritation.

“They look the same to me hon,” Kiefer said.

“Ugh!” Sam said in exasperation. Another sales lady came to them. The lady was talking to Sam about what are the other benefits of the baby bottles. Kiefer just looked at the sales lady blankly because he has zero idea of what they are talking about.

Finally Sam was able to choose which kind of baby bottle to buy but she still can’t decide on what color to buy. “Babe, I need help here.” Sam called Kiefer who was busy playing with the baby toys.

“What is it?” Kiefer asked.

“Which color?” Sam raised four baby bottles, one old rose, one carnation, one light pink, and one neon pink. Kiefer looked at Sam with a questioning look.

“Can you buy them all na lang? They all look the same to me babe. And we don’t have much time, we still have a lot of things to buy.” Kiefer sweetly said. Sam just raised an eyebrow to him and walked out.

Kiefer followed her. “Ok Fine, this one I think is the best one,” Kiefer pointed to the neon pink baby bottle. Sam raised another eyebrow at him.

“Seriously?! I should’ve brought Simmy shopping,” Sam said, irritated.

Kiefer hugged her from the back when she turned to the stack of baby bottles. “I know I’m not good at this baby shopping thing but I’m really good at being with you.” He rested his chin on her shoulders.

“I knew this is going to happen. And it’s not your fault to have lack of opinion on colors.” Sam said. She picked the light pink baby bottle and gave it to the sales lady.

Sam broke the hug and held his hand. “C’mon, baby towels next.”

Kiefer was dragging himself following Sam wherever she goes. He never liked shopping. He just gave it to the girls to handle it. But he wasn’t able to refuse Sam when she asked him.

Finally, they are done with the baby shopping. They got baby bottles, baby towels, baby toys, a crib, a stroller and a walker.

“Parang binili mo naman yung buong baby store, baby.” Kiefer said as he load the stuffs they bought in his car.

“I’m so excited kasi.” Sam said with a happy smile.

“But we’re not sure yet if it’s a boy or a girl and you bought everything in pink. Nasa lahi niyo pa naman na puro lalaki. What if it’s a boy?” Kiefer said.

“Shut up. She’ll be a girl.” Sam said.

“Did you asked Kuya Marco na ba kung napa-ultrasound na si Ate Ana?” Kiefer asked.

“Not yet. But I’m sure my pamangkin would be a girl.” Sam said confidently.

“Eh panu nga kung maging lalaki yun?” Kiefer asked.
