The Bieber Crew, as I now call them, decided that they’d like to have a combination safari which includes a three hour game drive and a one and a half hour horseback or quad bike safari. I had just reached my cottage and taken a shower when Justin called and informed me of their decision. I left the cottage an hour later wearing a white three-quarter length pants and a bright yellow t-shirt. I rested my sunglasses on top of my head as I stepped out of my Jeep. I noticed Jack standing close by, resting against his Jeep. I looked at him in confusion. He walked over and pulled me into a hug.

‘The guests have an extra guest suddenly,’ he shrugged. ‘We’re going to need both cars,’ he informed me.

‘So who’s in my car?’ I raised one eyebrow.

‘Whoever wants to be,’ he smirked knowing that his vague answer would annoy me. ‘Relax, this is going to be fun,’ he chuckled. I glared at him as we walked to Justin’s front door. Before we could knock, Alfredo came rushing out and seemed surprised to see us standing there.

‘Fredo, I am going to kill you,’ I heard Justin yelling as he rushed through the door too. He stopped dead in his tracks when he noticed us. ‘Hi,’ he smiled widely. ‘We’re ready to go,’ he said seriously, as he walked down the stairs and towards the two awaiting cars.

I shrugged and followed him. Soon, all five people of the Bieber Crew were standing beside the two cars.

‘Well I’m sorry to have to say this but we’re going to have to split up,’ Jack informed the guests.

‘No problem,’ Justin smirked. ‘I’m with Fredo,’ he rushed over and draped his arm around Alfredo’s shoulder. Alfredo shot him a glare and tried to remove Justin’s arm from around him. ‘And our tour guide is Savannah,’ he stated nonchalantly. My eyes widened as I looked at Jack, silently praying that he wouldn’t leave me alone with these two pranksters without any adult supervision. Jack smirked and the words that escaped his lips are one’s I never expected to hear. He agreed and pushed me towards my car. I scowled at him as I climbed into the driver’s seat.

I started driving slowly towards the entrance of the safari. It was a beautiful day, even though it was autumn, it was very warm. The sun shined down brightly and made everything glow. The sky was a solid blue with not a single cloud in sight. The trees were all a startling shade of bright green and the sunlight streamed through the leaves making them a much brighter shade. I slowly removed my sunglasses from the top of my head and placed them over my eyes.

I spent the next three hours driving around and pointing out animals to Justin and Alfredo. They were both very interested in everything I had to say, especially Justin. He seemed to be hanging onto every word I said and eventually I found it very amusing. I made up a few things that were so ridiculous and he nodded his head enthusiastically and believed everything I was saying. I laughed at him and only then, he realized that I was joking. Justin’s eyes were so much brighter in the sunlight. There were like molten caramel and I found myself staring on more than one occasion. The way he randomly licked his perfectly sculpted lips during a conversation had me feeling strange things and I had to do everything in my power to lower my gaze. The black t-shirt he wore fitted him perfectly and outlined his muscles. I had to stop thinking these inappropriate things. He was a guest, that’s all. Nothing could happen between us.

Justin

Savannah’s beauty was startling. I loved listening to hear her speak. She knew everything about the safari and all the animals and plants. It was all new to me and I found myself waiting for her to speak again. Her bright blue eyes were hidden behind her sunglasses but I could imagine the way they sparkled when she spoke about the place she truly loved.
