Chapter Eleven

"Tyler, wait!"

Tyler ignored his calls as he rushed to his bedroom. Tears were flowing down his face effortlessly as he slammed the door shut and fell to the ground. He didn't know why he was hurt, he just felt lied to and manipulated- although Josh just didn't have a reason to say his father was the scientist working on him.

Shaky, trembling hands reached up and flicked the lock.

"Tyler, please."

Josh's voice was soft and muffled from the door in the way. He curled up against the empty side of the door, leaning his back against the wood and let out a sob. He couldn't lose Tyler, could he?

He never got a response. Instead of replying to Josh's pleads, he just sat there, tears drying on reddened cheeks. His eyes were puffy and red making it obvious he had been crying, and he couldn't stop shaking if he tried. He was astounded.

"Ta-Tyler, you mean so much to me."

There was a pause as Tyler slammed his head against the door. Josh gulped thickly before speaking again,

"I think I like you- like, like you."

Nimble fingers flicked the lock again and opened the door, falling into Josh's arms and letting out a wrecked sob.

"I'm s-sorry it just surprised m-me and,"

Josh's calloused fingers touched Tyler's jaw gently before tilting his head up towards his own. He stared into teary eyes before connecting their lips easily. After a small kissing session, they disconnected their lips.

"I love you?"

"I love you too, Josh."

heres a really short chapter. how long would you like this fic to be? im thinking 20-25 chapters? I need to finish this soon though. so let me know in the comments. love ya'
