But I'm lying, I'm so very far from fine.

"Let me go!"

Two men carried a restless Tyler. He was screaming, kicking and punching, anything you could think of that was violent or obnoxious; he was doing it. He swung himself violently in their arms but it was no use, they were strong and Tyler was very light. They threw him into a room, slamming and locking the door. Tyler scrambled to get up and slammed his body against the door. He fell to the floor as a loud sob echoed throughout the partially empty room, making him close his eyes and start to hum a tune; making him less anxious.

A door from the other side of the room opened, revealing a man in a lab coat. He didn't have much hair, and the hair he did was a light grey, meaning he was quite older than Tyler as he was only fifteen. The man sat down in a chair, silently motioning for Tyler to sit in front of him. He held a pen that scribbled blank ink across a white piece of paper.

"Hello, Tyler."

Tyler winced at his deep voice, mentally shivering as the man failed to look at Tyler directly. It was unprofessional and the man felt it was unnecessary.

"I'm Dr. Dun, and I will be your therapist. They call me doctor because I do conduct experiments."

His pen scribbled against the page as Tyler sat and didn't respond. He didn't feel the need to respond, instead he wanted to punch the man square in the jaw and run for his life; however that was unable to happen.

"Let me go,"

Tyler's voice sounded like he had been beaten and recked. But that's what he was, emotionally destroyed and beaten by his own 'demons'.

"Tyler, I am afraid I cannot do that."

There was a slight pause before Dun pushed his lips into a straight line and continued,

"When did all of this begin? And please explain how it started."

Tyler sat emotionlessly on the floor, still remaining in front of the door he was tossed through. He pursed his lips and refused to answer. Dun groaned and wrote something down quickly before leaving the room, leaving Tyler alone with his own devious mind.

He looked up sadly to see the room was in fact empty, besides two crappy chairs sat in the middle of the large, plain room. There was a door on the far right corner.

The door opened once again and another man came through, immediately picking up Tyler and carelessly throwing him over his shoulder. Tyler punched and slammed his legs against the man but he didn't budge, instead bringing him to a slightly smaller room. He was thrown to the floor like a ragdoll as a group of people surrounded him.

"Aw he's so cute!"

"What's your name?"

"Why are you here?"

A boy with light blue hair approached him last, pushing past the people surrounding the boy sobbing on the floor.

"Leave him be."

The boy's voice was sweet and caring, but had a hint of faux innocence. He bent down to Tyler carefully, grabbing his hand gently. Tyler didn't flinch, instead he let the boy grab his hand.

"The names Joshua, or Josh."

Tyler looked up at Josh through teary eyes, to be met with honey brown ones staring back at him. He shivered and squirmed slightly, his body starting to ache from being thrown so recklessly onto the tiled floor.

"T-Tyler."

Josh quirked a brow, confused. Tyler quickly caught onto his confusion and instantly added,

"Tyler's my name."

Josh nodded slowly and helped the boy off the ground. He instantly almost collapsed back to the floor, however Josh caught him with a smile plastered on his face. The rest of the people in the room seemed as if they went back to whatever they were doing while Josh and Tyler had their moment together. Tyler shakily walked away from Josh.

"Welcome to the group, Tyler."

A boy with dark brown hair muttered, aimlessly staring into space. Tyler smiled gently at the boy before going to sit on a couch that was next to the door.

"I'm Brendon."

The dark-brown haired boy added. Tyler nodded silently and Brendon continued to stare at nothing, making Tyler wonder why. He didn't bother to ask, though.

Josh seemed to be taken by surprise at Brendon speaking to the new kid. He never spoke unless it was jokingly, and he definitely never welcomed people. He always told them they were in hell and stomped off.

But Tyler got a different side of Brendon.
