Guzma could hardly sleep last night, his brain wouldn't calm down. He yanked at his tangled hair, his body constantly turning and flipping to the other side.

She wrote that so long ago, would she still even be there like she said she'd be? Millions of "what if"s ran through his mind, having second, third, fourth, fifth thoughts about it.

He woke up the next morning, feeling his eyes slightly puffy and his body ache in tiredness. After a few minutes of staring at the ceiling, he finally forced himself to get up and go straight to the bathroom, cleaning himself up.

Guzma stared at his own reflection, noticing all of his imperfections even after showering. His hair was still soaking wet, so it sopped to his head, dropping water onto the counter. Yeah, he used to be the big boss and everything, but that was long gone.

Maybe he should've have given up everything because of his own selfishness. Things would've turned out dramatically different if he hadn't screwed everyone over.

He shook his head and rubbed a towel through his hair, semi-drying it. Quickly changing into his favorite pair of comfortable black sweats and a white v-neck t-shirt, he started packing with millions of thoughts roaming in his mind. It's not like he could stop his mind from thinking, the only thing it'd do is make him more frustrated.

Guzma finally walked out, seeing the ex grunts already up and about their day. "Ey, uh, could I borrow ya laptop to look up the next flight available?" Ryan nodded his head, quickly getting up to retrieve his laptop and handing it over unlocked.

For about half an hour, Guzma scrolled through the internet for the nearest flight, not even caring how expensive it was. "Yo, see anything boss?" Ryan hovered above his shoulder, looking at the screen to read the flights.

Guzma groaned, ruffling his hair. "I ain't your boss anymore, but uh, yeah I think I'll go on this one tonight." He pointed to a flight that had lot of empty seats available, finalizing his decision. "It'll be late when I get there, but I don' really care."

"Okay, sounds coolio. You can hang with us, yo!" After that, Ryan took a seat on a random couch and turned on the tv, looking for something that'll grab his attention.

Guzma printed his flight ticket, then folded the papers and stuffed it in his pocket so he wouldn't lose them.

After he did that, he realized that he didn't have anything to do. Nothing, nobody to yell at for being a numskull, no motivation to inspire ideas to steal pokemon.

But here he was, with the same people who never had a second thought about him.

He walked around the small house, looking at all the items placed in it. There were lots of pictures with mostly the grunts having fun, but his eye caught one in particular. Narrowing his eyes, he approached the smaller sized picture that was placed on a random shelf, picking it up and holding in his hands.

There they were, the two of them having fun. His right arm wrapped around her petite body, his focus completely on her while showing a side smile. Her left hand was touching his chest lightly, obviously cracking up at a joke he'd said before someone had taken the picture.

The most beautiful aspect of this though..she was full heartedly smiling. Her eyes were closed from obviously laughing, her pearly white teeth showing.
