Jess and Damien walked down the hallway talking about a recent series that they were watching a few days ago when they stopped to see Thomas and Bill, they both called their names, and the two boys turned their heads to see the two best friends, they waved back, walking towards them. Once they caught up with the two friends, they made small talk. "Oh, by the way, when is the project due?" Asked a confused Bill, "next week," Jess answered smiling at him, Bill nodded, thanking her. "Well, we should get going to our next class, see you guys at lunch," Damien said, waving at them, the group waved back, leaving the three alone. "Same goes for me, see you later guys," Bill ran off in the opposite direction from where Damien was heading, now leaving the 'couples' alone. "Well, it's just you and me," Thomas said, smirking at her, she rolled her eyes playfully, "quiet you." She pushed him gently, causing him to laugh, he regained his poster, took her hand, and the two walked down the hallway, chatting and joking every now and then. As they talked, they found Zoe and a group of girls, who were watching them, most of them were glaring at Jess, for Zoe, who tried to ignore them, conversing with one of her friends. Jess shrugged it off, ignoring her as well, she didn't care anymore, she has a 'boyfriend' now, and she didn't want this to ruin her relationship/friendship.

Jess let out a sigh as she walked down the hallway to her next class, as she walked, she suddenly felt a strong pull from her backpack, causing her to fall backward, she let out a yelp, once she made contact with the floor, she quickly looked up to see Zoe. Zoe didn't say anything, she just glared down at her, "tell me, Jess, is it true that you, bitch, have a boyfriend?" she asked, venom in her voice, Jess stood up, dusting herself off, glaring at her back, "why do you care who I'm dating and not?" Zoe crossed her arms, looking away, "I'm just curious," Jess rolled her eyes, walking away, "hey! Get back here Jess! I'm not done talking with you!" Zoe called, pulling her arm, Jess let out a yelp again, looking behind her, "leave me alone Zoe." She whispered at her so as to not attract attention, glaring daggers at Zoe, Zoe rolled her eyes, "just answer my question." Jess pulled her arm away, "yes, I have a boyfriend, so what, happy now?" Zoe was about to speak again when a voice called Jess's name. Jess looked behind her, to see Thomas and Damien running in her direction, Jess was about to walk towards them, when she felt her arm being pulled again, causing her to fall back, she then felt a strong pain on her back and head, and she heard Zoe's voice yelling at her, though she couldn't understand what she was saying as she could only hear a buzzing sound- everything was going by too fast, she couldn't process of what was going on around her. Then she blacked out.
