Dear Simon,

I did a couple of DIY projects today, I didn't have anything else to do since it's my day off. I feel so accomplished.

My neighbor came by to talk to me again, I wish I could have the wanting to have a conversation with him but if I'm being honest, I would rather talk to you.

Even if it's just one sided.

I would've hoped by now you would have written me one back but I guess I was wrong.

Remember last Christmas when you told me that I was crazy to do so much decorating for the holidays?

I'm starting to understand.
