Chapter 15 Breaking In & Out

(Ethan's POV)

I slammed to the front door shut and ran to the first person I saw, which was Talia. I hugged her tightly, which caught her by surprise, and cried onto her shoulder. "What the--?" She yelled confusedly before realizing that I was crying. She patted my back softly and asked, "What happened, Ethan?"

I explained what had happened. Mitch kissing Allison, me punching my idol in anger, every single detail!

"Allison cheated on you?" She asked as I pulled away and sat on the couch, still heaving my breath. I nodded and took a few deep breaths, which really seemed to help. "Well, you two only did kiss once." She pointed out quietly. I pulled away, and with tears streaming down my face, I remarked, "That didn't help at all!"

(Quentin's POV)

I sat at my desk, recording a video of me and Adam playing 'Red Light Green Light' in Minecraft. "Boom baby! I win!" I yelled in glory, pumping my fists into the air. "Fish! You never let me have a chance to win!" Adam whined playfully into his microphone. "I'm not a fudgin' FISH!" I screamed angrily, spazzing the mouse and clicking the left button repeatedly.

"Anyway, guys. That was 'Red Light Green Light'. If you're interested in playing this minigame, it is on my server, skga.me skga.me SKGA.ME! We'll see you guys later, gubye!" Adam yelled in his usual goodbye voice. "See you guys later, doo doo doo!" I exclaimed happily before turning my recording off.

"Adam, why do people call me a fish?" I asked curiously, logging out of Minecraft. "Because you are one!" He answered as if he expected me to know. "I'm an amphibian!" I yelled furiously as I banged my fists on the desk. Adam laughed really hard after I did that like he usually did when I got mad at people for calling me a fish. He ended the Skype call shortly after he started laughing. I then decided to record a 'Pixelmon' episode since I haven't in a few days.

~Time Skip 22:35~

I ended my recording and threw out my DragQueen (Dragonite). I hopped onto him and took a ride around the biomes. "Mitch!" I yelled out the open bedroom door.

"Yeah dood?" He asked, poking his head in. "How many legendaries are in 'Pixelmon'?" I asked.

"Six. Rayquaza, Mew, Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno." He answered, running his fingers through his hair. "Thanks buddy! Um, where's Ian?" I asked in confusion, fighting a boss Lunatone. "Gone, he was taken by that shadow thing." Mitch explained glumly.

"Shouldn't Allison be back?" "Yeah, she was gone for a full hour and a half." "I think she got kidnapped." I sighed and logged out of Minecraft. "Lets go look for her." Mitch said, racing down the stairs to go put his shoes on.

I sprinted out of my room, leaving my chair spinning. As soon as I got downstairs, Adam walked in and handed a note and Allison's iPhone to Mitch. A frown was immediately plastered onto his face when he read the note. People dissapear one by one. The words on the note read. I sighed as Adam handed me her iPhone.

(Allison's POV)

I knew it was bad for my teeth, but at this point I didn't care at all. I gnawed at the chains that held my chest for what had seemed an hour. I had gotten multiple cuts on my wrists and ankles from the chains. I suddenly came up with an idea that would set me and the guys free. I remembered that my birth parents had taught Ty and I a mirror spell along a bunch of other spells at a young age before I was adopted.

I made a few hand signals for the mirror spell and used my left hand. I aimed it at my chest where the chains were positioned and blasted an ice beam in the direction of the mirror spell, which hit the chain. It froze and quickly broke afterward which left me smiling happily at my progress.

~4 ice beams later~

I stood up and walked over to the wall behind me. I knew there was a door that was the exit to my cell and searched the wall for hinges. I found a set of hinges in the far North East of the room and rammed into the door a couple times to loosen the hinges. After I rammed into it, I used an ice shard to break the hinges. The door fell, letting me escape from the room. I heard 3 noises, someone screaming, someone yelling "Help!" and someone grunting.

I quickly realized that the screaming was Ty. I burst into the room to find Ty sitting in the chair with cuts on his arms, wrists, legs and a gash on his cheek. The Shadow Demon stood in front of him, clutching a small dagger full of blood.

She spun around and gasped. "How did you escape?!" She exclaimed, dropping the dagger in shock. "Allison, use the shadow ball spell, she's weak from me using constant energy drain spells!" Ty yelled, breathing heavily. I concentrated on my black magic and blasted the biggest shadow ball I had ever made before falling limp.

(Ty's POV)

I made a shadow shard and pierced it into the Shadow Demon's heart. It screamed and shattered into shadow powder, which entered Allison and my bodies. I stood there for a second, trying to process what happened, but have up and and picked Allison up off of the cold, hard metal floor.

I sprinted over to Ian's cell and blasted the door open. I walked in and asked, "Ian, will you hold Allison while I free you?" He nodded and reached up for Allison, who I handed him.

~Time Skip 15 Minutes~ (Allison's POV)

I woke up to the sound of Jerome's constant talking. I looked up and saw Ian's smiling face watching Jerome get unchained.

"Ian? What happened?" I mumbled as he looked down at me. "Ty said you passed out when you used a shadow ball." He explained. I nodded in an understanding way and hugged him.

I had always been closest to Ian. I knew him from when I lived in Illinois. He was my neighbor for about 7 years before moving away. He would always play games with me and help my family and I out with chores around the house. The moment I met him, I knew that we would become good friends.

Jerome walked out, his chest covered in blood from his 4 large gashes. "Jerome! Are you OK?" I asked, hugging his neck. He nodded and winced while Ty led us to the exit.

I was curled up in Ian's chest most of the times because I was claustrophobic. "We're almost out." Ian mentioned as I nodded and smiled. I heard the creak of a door open and a slight breeze tickle the back of my neck.

"We're out." Ian said as I lifted my head up. I saw a couple blue jays fly past us, singing their beautiful song. I looked to the left and saw the back of the Hollywood sign, which had confused me. I shook it off as Ian set me down, smiling at me. I returned the smile and walked over to Ty, and asked, "Do you remember the teleportation spell?" He nodded his head and yelled, "Guys, we're going home. Get over here!" The boys walked over and curled the corners of their lips upward.

Ty grabbed my hand, I grabbed Ian's, he grabbed Jerome's, he grabbed Jason's and he grabbed my brother's. Ty's eyes shut and our surroundings started turning into one big blur as we were teleported back home. A few tears rushed down my face as I shut my eyes because I got too dizzy too keep watching.

I opened my eyes to find that we were back home. I opened the door and let everyone back into the house.
