Ch. 18 New Cars

Chapter 18 New Cars

I sat on the couch with my laptop in my lap. I scrolled through multiple cars, trying to find cars that could hold 7 at a time. There were 13 of us, so we could all fit in two cars.

Ian looked over my shoulder and pointed at a 7 seat crimson Honda that only costed about $399.99, it was on sale and usually costed about $799.99. "What about that one? You could buy two, and it would just cost about $800." He suggested, smiling.

"See, that's why I like to have you around. You help me, and your strong." I said, giggling as I stared at Team Crafted. I clicked on the add to cart and typed 2 in the quantity.

A sign came up, saying 'You are about to buy 2 7 seat crimson Hondas, is that correct?'. I clicked on the yes button and the sign said 'You have successfully bought 2 7 seat crimson Hondas. Please pick your cars up at the local car shop in Los Angeles, CA.'.

"Mitch, will you drive me to the car shop?" I asked as he groaned and sat up. "Why? You want to look at cars, you can do that online." Mitch said, standing up. "Ian and I are going to go get my new cars." I corrected him.

"OK, let's go then!" He exclaimed, rushing to the door. Team Crafted let out a painful cheer and groaned. I shut my laptop off and and walked to the door, making sure not to step on anyone. I ran to the car and hopped into the passenger's seat, Mitch rounded the front of the car and climbed into the driver's seat, and Ian was sitting in the middle section on the right side.

Mitch started the car, backed out of the lot and drove down town to the car shop.

~Time Skip 15 minutes~

 Mitch parked the car and hopped out as I did the same on my side. I opened the car door for Ian because it would never open from inside. Ian stood up and got out, smiling. I slid the door shut and ran to the garage-like building next to the car shop. A cheerful saleslady was standing with Mitch talking about the cars I'd bought.

"OK, well lets get you your cars!" She exclaimed, walking us over the new cars. "Alright Ian, hop in that car, I'll take this one." I said, tossing him the car keys. He caught them and unlocked the car door. He climbed in, started the car and drove home, and I did the same.

The car was beautiful on the inside. It had black leather chairs, grey carpetted floors and the dashboard was a black background with green letters. But, you could also change the color from green to red to blue.

~Time Skip 15 minutes~

I parked the new car in the garage, Ian parked after I did. "I'm going to go get the team out here." I said before opening the door that connected the house and garage. "Hey, um, guys! I sort of need to show guys something!" I yelled into the house, smiling as they came walking into the garage.

"Whoa, no way!"

"Awesome! We finally have cars!"

"Who's driving, I call shotgun!"

"Hey, guys. We're all taking turns driving. Why don't we all go for a test drive?" I said as everyone cheered. I climbed into the driver's seat as everyone piled into my car. I gave the second car keys to Laura, who ended up driving the second car.
