Chapter 12: The Tempora Band

***Graxz's POV***

We ended up back at the same familiar laboratory that we went earlier. Kaos right hand and my left hand were handcuffed to a chair nearby a door that had a sign of toilet. There was no sign of the guy who brought us.

I felt so sick that I rushed to the toilet, vomited on a basin nearby. Kaos felt so disgusted that he turned his face away saying "eww!".

My head felt dizzy and amnesia all of a sudden. My troats went all soar like something disgusting was in my mouth.

***Chloe's POV***

I was with my father at the ministry room with my dad, looking very angry. I forced my face to looked down, trying to avoid eye contact.

At the wall was Vale leaning on the wall. He was the vice president of the school, well actually my dad's best friend. He had the power to use his pistol with an unlimited ammo that was set by Sowl when it possessed the pistol.

"Chloe, do you know what will happen to those who weren't chosen to use such power?!" my dad yelled angrily as he hit his fist to the table.

"But dad!" I started, "they could see the name 'magic and powers' on the map that we gave, they could be the chosen one!" I noted.

"But you don't know them, yet," he reminded.

The whole place became silent for a while when suddenly, Cinos barged in with some dust and wind following him as if he ran too fast.

Cinos was one of my dad's friends, too. He had shoes that gained the power of speed that he could ran fifty metres per second.

"I've brought them here sire. They are now currently sitting at the chair at the hallway, handcuffed," he said as he leaned on the wall.

"Good," my dad replied as he stood. "Chloe," he uttered.

"Yes, father?" I asked him.

"Bring me their weapon of sowl,"

"Umm... I can't,"

"Why not?"

"T-they ate it by accident,"

"WHAT?!" they all yelled at the same time.

A few seconds later after they yelled "WHAT?!" , there was a sudden wreckage outside, something like fight. We all rushed outside and saw Graxz and Kaos fighting over each other, punching.

***Kaos's POV***

After he finished vomitting at the toilet, cleaning himself, I asked Graxz to punch me hard in the shoulder to see whether I'm dreaming or not when suddenly, he pinched me at both of my cheeks.

I was so frustrated that I punched him in the face. Then he punched me back, making me more angry. We then fought like kids when suddenly, Chloe, her father and two other men came out of the Meeting Room.

We stopped and behave ourselves as we stood up straight. They all let out a sighed of disappointment. Mark then approached to the front of us, staring at us like we have done something wrong. I looked away from Graxz as he did it.

"Is this what you called 'The Chosen One?!'" He yelled. He then giggled slowly as the teo men followed laughing awkwardly.

"Give them Tempora Band," he commanded. One of the men that had shoes that sparkles then ran really fast that we couldn't track where he went with our own eyes. His movement causes some winds to flew through us as Chloe held her skirt downwards.

"This tempora band will stop you from using your power," he said.

***Graxz's POV***

I blocked a fraction of my eyes with my hand when I saw Chloe's skirt almost flew over. The man came back with two hand band on his hand as he reached out his hand to Mark.

"Can somebody please unlock this handcuffs? We're not even thieves," I started when Mark had his hand on the hand band.

"Yeah sure," smiled Chloe as she levitated the key from Cinos's pocket, flew into the sky and aim straight toward the keyhole.

"Thank you very much," I thanked her,"now would you guys excuse us, we have some business to attempt," I politely requested. Kaos and I then started fighting each other like kids again.

"Chloe," Mark said.

"Right away dad," Chloe then used her power to levitate us away from each other.

"Now then stop wriggling or this will be harder," Mark said as he locked both mine and Kaos's wrist with the Tempora Band.

"This will put a stop for you from using your powers," he said as he nodded to Chloe, commanding her to put us down.

"Now then, don't tell anyone that you have superpowers or else,"

"Or else?" I interrupted.

"Or else!" He shouted as he stride to the other side of the hallway, entering a lift nearby with Chloe beside him.

"Great, now what will happen to us?" I asked to the two men.

"Don't worry, you'll be alright," started one of the men that had a gun on his pocket, "you can call me Vale and that guy over there is Cinos," Vale greeted as he pointed his finger toward the man who was drinking from a water fountain. His voice and smile seems nice, even though his face looked evil.

Vale wore a top hat, a tuxedo with a bow tie and black pants, looking very thin. I looked at Cinos, he was wearing the same clothes as Vale.

"W-wait a minute, so you're the one who brought us here that fast!" Cinos nodded when he finished drinking water with a smile on his face.

"Well then close your eyes and count to three," he commanded as he wiped his mouth.

"Ok.... whatever...like this?" We both said at the same time.

"Good enough,"

I could felt that he was grabbing us with his very fast speed again. Specifically three seconds later, we opened our eyes and saw that we were back at the hall. And again my head felt dizzy and amnesia that I need to puke at a toilet that was luckily inside the hall.

A few minutes later, outside was afternoon already and I found myself sitting next to Kaos and Rolex who was kept me the same question all over at me.

"What just happened?" But I tried to get away by giving her candy and it worked.

What awaits them on the next chapter?
