Chapter 35:Another meeting

***Graxz's POV***

Mr Padmore had something for us after the school. When me and Rilex arrived home, I told Rolex to just stay out of this. She refused to stay home alone.

"Geez, what now?" I uttered.

"I want you to take me with you," she answered, "I'm curious!"

"Whats it to me?" I said as I change my shirt to a blue plain T-shirt with a dragon picture on it. Pretty awesome to me once I looked to the mirror.

"Oh whats this?" she uttered. She was holding favourite doll, a small yellow bear. I was in vain to hide it.

"Give it back!" I shouted as I tried to reach for it. In the end, I gave up. "Fine, you can join in."

"Yay!" she jumped out of my room to change clothes in her room.

"How did she find you?" I uttered in disappoinment.

I hid it further inside my drawer. The bear was the only thing that would make me comfortable whenever I felt depressed or scared. It was a priceless gift that my mom made for me.

A few minutes later, we set off back to school. Kaos joined us as we were on the way. Rolex just kept on walking in silent, blushing a little bit.

"Why is she following us?" whispered Kaos.

"Let me just say, its dangerous to leave girls alone at home."

As we arrived there, Mr Padmore was waiting for us at the front gate. He was walking back and forth, looking worried.

Chloe, who looked confused too, patted her dad. Mr Padmore then looked straight at us. The cloud was right above us. It felt so windy that moment.

Cinos, who just arrived with Vale at his super speed. They looked beaten up, especially Cinos who was lying on the ground, catching his breath.

"Perfect timing," Mr Padmore said.

"Sir, they have breached the front," Vale said.

"They?" I asked.

"They," Chloe said as she pointed her hand to the sky. I looked back, it was the most ridiculous thing to ever see.

***Chloe's POV***

My dad told me that he had received a message from the headquarters of Sowl. It was a warning of an upcoming battle.

The spies who was tailing an enemy had reported that the enemy side decided to threaten the city in order to find more sowl.

I was about to get ready to fight what will threaten the city but my dad won't let me. He said that I need to do homework then I replied back that I had no homework.

As we were waiting for Graxz and Kaos to arrived, my dad looked so worried as if it was a high level threat.

After they arrived, Cinos and Vale came along. My dad somehow opened an entrance to the lait when he pulled down a branch on a tree nearby.

A few minutes of walking, everyone that was one of the TechCity clan had already moved out to fight. My dad once told me that the one who wears lab suit in the lair actually had Sowl too.

So when Graxz asked me where everyone went, I answered "to join the fight as they have sowl."

Graxz looked confused. But he then walked away to wait for my dad who was literally taking his time in the bathroom.

"Why are you here?" I asked Rolex.

"Umm...nothing, just wandering."

"You gotta stay where its safe."

"What, Why?!"

"Hate to say it but, you don't have a Sowl."

"Hmm, you got a point."

"I hope you understand."

"By the way," she looked left to right, "do you like Graxz?" she whispered.

"What?! Of course not!"

"Oh really? Why are you blushing then?"

"You know what just shut up."

"So you actually liked him?"

"No!"

"What's up here?" Graxz startled us.

"Nothing, just discussing that Chloe likes y-" I quickly gagged her mouth.

"Yoga," I sighed with relief.

"Ssure....." he uttered as he went away.

Rolex giggled as hard as if it was the funniest joke. I stared at her with a vicious look.

"Don't even think about it," I warned her.

My dad finally went out of his bathroom. We could smell the stink he made. Luckily, Vale switched on the fan which was especially made for this.

"Sorry, I ate three buritos last night," he apologised, "lets get to work."

He brought us sonewhere further inside the lair. As far as I remember, my dad never brought me here so I was kind nervous.

My dad input a passcode on a keypad that was patched on the wall, nearby a steel door. As dad finished entering his long password, the door opened slowly.

It was kinda dark. My dad entered and we followed. He stumbled upon some kind of a bucket.

"Welcome to the place of random clothes!" he claimed as he clicked on a switch.

I was gazed by the beautiful dress the room had for girls. They were a lot of choice that I couldn't pick one. Not forget to mention the clothes were actually on a mannequin.

"Check this out!" Graxz uttered all of a sudden.

He was wearing some kind of a black shades and a brown jacket. I didn't realised I was staring at him unitl Rolex snapped me out of it somehow.

I was about to get angry at Rolex but my dad started to make a speech.

"For now, I want each of you find a good face disguise. That means you Kaos. Wearing a cape isn't good enough."

"Aww," Kaos muttered in disappoinment. He was wearing a cape that he got from a manniquin.

And so we decide to kept on looking for a good face disguise. Maybe I should get myself a good make up? Nope, I hate makeup.
