***Kaos's POV***

I set off foot first, running with my yellow lightning blade. As I was about to strike him, something covered his atmosphere.

It was dark and pitch black. I went back further away from him. The shield disappeared. His appearance went visible again. He smirked.

"Whats wrong? Think you are the only one who can use a Sowl? Think thrice my friend."

"Just give up already."

"Why are you doing this for free anyway?" his question stumbled in my head.

"For justice?"

"I see, you just wanted to practice your true power. Show me what you got!"

"I'll show you!" I raised my hand up high toward the sky.

The cloud became darker and darker. It also began to spin, creating like a small tornado. A few seconds later, a lightning burst out, followed by thunder.

It took a few hit in the sky to stike me directly. Thanks to the Sowl, I managed not to die. Around me, was surrounded by lightning structures.

"Changing the phase? I can do too," he kneed down to the ground.

All of a sudden in a blink of an eye, a myriad of shadow monsters were formed and emerged beside him. I felt a stronger aura around him.

"Show me your true power," he sent out the monsters toward me.

There were too many that I got distracted. I slashed and punched the monster kept on coming. The battle began to stretch out like a dessert.

In a blink of an eye, all of the monsters just vanished. Also, he fled. I could feel the electric current flowing away to the ground which felt shocking.

I decided to just walk back home in disapoinment. Maybe I shouldn't have followed him because..... I was totally lost.

I ended up calling for a uber driver to pick me up. But the service weren't good. I waited at a bus station nearby. Luckily, I found a dollar hidden in my pocket.

There was, also, an old lady carrying a basket full of apples. I got goosebumps all over my body when she sat down on the bench. The street light was shining the road with white.

A bus suddenly arrived. It was almost full. I waited for the passengers to move out first. Then the bus was still full. I let the old lady came in first, but then something paused her.

"It will be one dollar, ma'am," the driver said.

"Oh sorry, I only got a few cents," the old lady reply as she held out some coins.

I felt really sorry for her. Carrying a basket that was full of apples must be happy. With all my heart, I stepped up to the front.

"Don't worry, I'll pay it for you."

"Thank you young man."

She then went to the crowd and found a seat. As I knew, I went back out of the bus. The old lady saw me. I smiled. She then opened the window and threw one of her apple at me.

I caught it, luckily. I scanned the apple thoroughly. It seemed fine to eat. As I was about to eat it, a cat was passing by. It was Tompok.

"Tompok!" I shouted, "how glad am I to see you."

He purred as I patted his head smoothly. He enjoyed it. Then a lightbulb turned on. They say that cats can find their way home.

"Alright Tompok, show me the way to paradise!"

The cat just stared at me with his poker face. I could see the moon was almost right above us. I made an offer with Tompok.

"I'll cook you two fried fishs for you if you lead me to my house."

The cat suddenly jumped and ran away as fast as possible. I quickly followed his trail. I chase him above the walls, nearby a bridge, across the Yurika school, then to the city.

I felt really tired that I already ate all my leftover apple. Then something made Tompok stopped. There was another white cat, a female perhaps.

Her leash was from a girl. The girl was wearing some cute clothes with a large hat on her head.. He then purred immedietly toward the cat.

I guessed its cat love? I quickly grabbed Tompok. I apologised to her. She just smiled. She then stared at me in the eyes. Everyone around us didn't seemed bothered by us.

"Wait a minute," she started, "you're Kaos, right?"

I was surprised. Strangers knowing my name felt like as if I was a famous guy. I just nodded. I glance at her cat, I didn't realise it had a cute ribbon on its head.

"Do I suppose to know you?"

"Of course you should. I was your love, remember?"

My love? What is she saying? I have a crush on her?

"Hello?" she snapped her finger, "I'm still here."

"I'm sorry," I said, "maybe you got the wrong guy."

"No silly, its me! Alice!" she shouted.

Then all the memories came back to me. It was my young age. I saved her from creepy spiders, I didn't know why I did that, and even tried to purpose to her when that incident happen.

The incident...

I was probably seven years old. My friends used to call me and Alice as cute couple. It was because that I always stayed by her side.

Everyday we always had great fun at school. Probably because I ate too much "brain medicine" every morning.

Even though time was tough, we were never apart. Then that one day happened to be the most remarkable experience.

It was after school time. We were sitting alone on a bench. The tree behind shade us with its shadow. Some younger generation were playing kites or maybe paper plane.

"Kaos," she started, "there is something I wanted to tell you."

"What is it?" I said as drank my water bottle.

"I'm pregnant," I was so surprised that I blew all the water from my mouth.

"I'm just kidding," she quickly said as she giggled.

"You got me back there."

"Anyways. There is something I wanted to tell you."

"No more jokes."

"I'm moving out of the country."

"You're joking, aren't you?"

"No, I'm dead serious."

"It won't be long, right?"

"No, it will be long."

"Alice, what are you doing with this guy?" a manly voice was heard. It was her father.

"I'm just a friend. Is it true that you are moving?"

"I'm sorry Kaos. There's nothing you can do."

"Please tell me. I would do anything for you!"

Her father nodded, Alice looked compelled but acted it, "I want you.......to give some personal space."

Then they leave. My heart was broken. I got left, alone. I didn't want to be alone like I was before I met her.

At the next year, I met Graxz. He was a bit childish. No, actually very childish. Mom said that silly people brings smile to people. And so thats how me and Graxz became....friend.
