Chapter 4

When I look around I'm surroned by a beutiful apple orchard.  The only ones around are me and a girl around the age or 4 or 5 in a white sundress and a  golden heart locket necklace with brown curly hair. She was playing with a boy who was about one or two years older than her with the same colored hair as the girl. The girl was running towards me but once she gets to me instead of falling from running into me she runs right through me and goes to some swings and she try's to get  on it but has to ask the boy to help her get on.

"Blue-Jay will you help me get on?" 

"Yes, Bell."

"Will you tell me the poem?"

The boy looked around to make sure no one was around like he wasn't suppose to tell her or anyone. 

" Secrets bound by blood,

loosened by loss.

A daughter of three hides,

for her power is great.

For the red moon claims the heir,

in a field of red blood and light."

Half way through the it the girl and I joined in with him. I have no clue how I know the poem but it was like I knew it but I had forgotten about it. Like an old favorite song that you haven't heard for years and it takes you I while to remember it but soon after it starts you can sing the rest of the song perfectly like you just listened to it yesterday instead of years. That is what the poem was like for me but instead of a song it was a poem and a very dark one at that. Kids that age should have no business knowing that but that's probably why they had to make sure no one was near. Soon after a women came calling them in for lunch.

"Jason, Bella, come inside it's lunch time." Then the kids going running in the house beyond the apple trees.

beep, beep, beep, beep.

Ugh dumb alarm. I liked that dream even though the poem was a downer. I slap the down on the alarm and see it's 9:00. That will be enough time. I then go shower which takes 15 minutes (after I'm done, Mimi goes and showers) then another 15 to comb through my hair and get dressed in black leggings and a white sundress. I then go to my luggage and put away all the stuff in the drawers with shirts and dresses in the top drawer then pants in next and everything else in the bottom one. I look through the other stuff I brought with me a stuffed pink dog I got for valentine's one year a old jewelry box with all my favorite jewelry and some pictures in a secret compartment.

I look through the jewelry box and try to find a necklace I always wore when I was younger. At the bottom of box a find it a golden heart necklace, the same one that the girl in the dream was wearing. I put it around my neck but made sure that the heart part was tucked under my dress then I picked out another necklace( one that had four pearls every centimeter or so) and put this one on and showed it.

Mimi comes out of the bathroom fully dressed in pink sweat pants and a white tank top and still looked half asleep.

"Hey do you want to come with me to met a friend for breakfast?"

"Sure, but do you think they will mind?"

"I doubt it, but afterwards I need to turn in my course guild and I can turn also turn yours in If you want me to."

"Nah, I will come with you to turn it in."

After about five minutes we head over to the cafeteria and when we passed Holly's room she was just coming out. I wave over to her.

"Hey Holly this is my roommate Mimi and Mimi this is Holly I meet her yesterday at the announcement thing. You don't mind her coming with us do you?"

"Not at all. Lets go I want me some pancakes."

When we got to the cafeteria it was about halfway packed. Since there were plenty of seats we all went straight to the food. I went for the pancakes and cover them in maple syrup and then went towards the fruit and I got myself some strawberries I then toped it off with some whipped cream on the pancakes and strawberries. Once done getting the food I hurried to find a empty table but found that Mimi and Holly was already at a table. The other tables filled quickly while we were stuffing our faces with the most delicious food ever and talking inbetween bites.

"Can I sit here?" said a boy with shaggy hair that even though his body was masculine like every other person here but his eyes with it's softness made him look like a young boy

"Yes of course you can. I'm Holly and this is Mimi and Kayla, and you?" she said pointing to us when she said our names. 

"I'm Simon Willow. Nice to meet you."

After that we all started talking to each other to get to know each other and it turns out that Simon is room mates with Nick one of the vogues, and we agreed to meet back at lunch. Then we headed off to the office. We got there quickly and entered quietly into the lobby that the headmaster didn't notice us when we entered and carried on with his conversation. I gave the others the silence signal(the pointer finger close to the mouth) and continued to the turn in tray for the papers. Once they were in the tray I stoped to listen to the headmasters conversation.

 "What do you mean my sister might  be here? It's either my sister or not." said a voice that wasn't the headmaster it seemed to be a younger vioce like a student.

"The only reason I think this is today when I came in on my computer it said there were five vogue shifters but only four of them have their name and I can not remember the other one's name. It's like I was forced to forget and I also had a head ache last night which is a side effect of a mind wipe and only very powerful vogues can do that. That would include your sister and she would be in this year would she not.

 "She would but why would she be hiding?"

"We won't know until we find her. We can tell the teachers to keep a special look out on kids who are more advanced."

"What about me what can I do?"

"Jason you need to calm down and the only thing you can do for now is look for anyone who might fit the description. Now I need to call the first group in will you please leave."

With that we left quickly trying to get as much distance between us and the office. And we agreed to talk about it over lunch at 12 o'clock and we all went in different directions to think over what we just heard.
