The burnt city was because the Daleks were looking for Alice, the heart of the truest beliver(purest heart) which they wanted to have to grow as a race. The Queen of Hearts just wanted her dead. (They ripped her heart from her body).

The heart beat was then Alice's heart when they had kidnapped her(so the burnt city-world was in the past and te end of time was in the future).

The Doctor and Mad Hatter would then save Alice before her heart was ripped out of her body.

The Doctor brought them back to Wonderland but he didn't stay himself. Although he would visit them every now and then.

The Mad Hatter had taught the Doctor the "wibbely wobbely, timey whimey" which he would then start saying.

Extra notes:

The tardis sound goes on and the mad hatter stands up in shock. "Alice?" He says but out steps a man, a time lord. One who he has never seen before.

- the doctor appears and then walks away (runs awsy from the mad hatter)

- when he flies away and sighs with relief, a man appears "wonder what this button do" he says while pressing it. "No!" The doctor shout but its too late. The tardis begins to shake like madly and the doctor throws an angry glare at the mad hatter. M: "woops"

- they make a deal "the doctor will help him find alice if he helps him to find a way to stop the daleks from creating a paradox and destroy every planet and universe by a box that they have created.
