Face to face with the almighty alpha

Chapter 6

Looking at my dad and Marcus, I focused on pain, starting at the lowest level like mom showed me. Within a second both are on their knee's, struggling to move with the crippling pain. Their veins are starting to bulge, making their faces turn red til their body collapses underneath them and I pull my gift back.

"I swear to god Ruby, that power is a little stronger than your mother's it's a good think you can't kill with it" Dad said as he rolled onto his back panting. Mom looked at me smiling and gave me a wink.

"Damn right it is" Marcus said trying to his feet, struggling.

"What do you want to practice next, you have already kicked my ass and crippled me and your dad?" Marcus asked looking at bit worried.

"My telekinesis" I smiled sheepishly.

"Which one of us" Dad sulked.

"Both" I said with a grin.

"Your daughter is going to be the death of us" Marcus huffed playfully as he looked at my dad and then me.

"Wait til you have your child and she wants to kick us around the place" Dad laughed.

They both walked back a few hundred meters and turned to face me. I focused on them sending as much power from my body as possible. I watched my power hit both of the instantly, sending them flying back at a rapid speed. I focused on them again and held them mid air stopping them from being sent further away. I pulled them back towards me and carefully placing them back on the ground.

"You have nothing to worry about with them wolves, if they knew what you are capable of they would be running as fast as they can in the opposited direction with their tails between their legs" Marcus smiled proudly at the little joke he made.

I rolled my eyes as he walked towards me and put his arm around my shoulder. Just as we were about to walk back to our house, I felt that feeling of been watched. I stopped and looked around, scanning the tree's, like last time I didn't find anyone.

"What's up lil Ruby?" Marcus asked.

"Do you not feel that? the feeling of being watched?" I said still scanning around us.

Marcus looked at my parent and something passed between them.

"Come on its been a long day, time to get home, showered and some sleep" Marcus said tightening his grip around me as he kept us walking towards the house.

"Do you know something I don't?" I asked them.

"It's nothing for you to worry about honey" Mom said, with her body tensing.

"Okay I will leave it for now but if it keeps happening you have to tell me" I told them sternly.

"Okay, you have a deal" Dad said.

Walking into our kitchen, I kissed all three of them and said "good night".

Leaving the kitchen, I walked into my room, grabbed my pj's, clean underwear and towel's. I turned on my shower and stripped off, washing away all the dirt and sweat from training. After I finished, I turned off my shower and dried myself off before getting dressed. I blow dried my hair and crawled into bed. At least I know I can protect Rhys, Mark and the boys if it comes to it. I closed my eyes and fell asleep instantly.

               Getting out of bed, I walked to my wardrobe to pick out something to wear. I picked out a dark blue tank top and dark denim shorts and my Hightops. I put five tight short braids on the left side of my hair and let the rest of my hair fall down in waves. I put a small amount of eyes liner on and tinted red lip gloss. I grabbed my bag when I heard my phone beep. I picked it up from my locker and unlocked the screen.
