Rydel's POV
After Riley's outburst we decided that we should go back to the bus and give her some space. She really freaked out today but I don't blame her, I mean that's a hard life to live. I now what Riley went through now. I feel terrible that I let that happen to her. I wish that I had known what was going on so maybe I could've stopped her from running away. I looked over at Ell and he looked deep in thought, I wonder what he's thinking about. Oh well I'll ask him later I need to go pick up something from the store.
Ellington's POV
I started thinking about Riley's outburst today and I began to wonder how she knew so much about Riles. How could she know that much about her, Riles was always such a closed off person and she wouldn't talk to any of us. I then started thinking about Riley's story, her life was so similar to the Lynches. Oh my god, what if she is a Lynch? That explains how she know so much about Riley's life. Riley McGarrett is Riley Lynch. Oh my God what should I do? Should I confront Riley or should I tell the others? Wait if Riley wanted us to know she would've told us. I have to go talk to her. "Hey guys I'm going out!" I yelled. "Kay be back soon!" Riker yelled. I grabbed my jacket and started walking to Riley's house.
Riley's POV
I had just dropped the girls off back at home when I heard a knock at my door. I opened the door and saw Ellington. "Hey Ell, What's up?"
"Oh nothing I just wanted to find out what else you knew about Riley." He said with a slight smirk. Oh no this can't be good.
"Um... Sure what do you want to know?" I asked getting a little nervous.
"Why she would talk to you and not us or her parents?"
"Um, I don't know I guess she trusted me more."
"Hmm, That's funny then why did I never hear her talk about you?"
"Um, I don't know maybe she was scared?"
"Or maybe you never met her."
"What?" I asked getting really nervous.
"I think that you aren't who you say you are." he said. "I did some digging and Riley McGarrett didn't exist until 2 years ago the same day Riley Lynch disappeared."
"That's crazy even if I was Riley Lynch how would I get a new identity that quickly?"
"You live with the freaking leader of a Task force that can definitely make you a new identity."
"You're insane." I said.
"Maybe I am, but I'm smart enough to realize what the Lynches can't."
"And what is that?"
"That you say you are Riley McGarrett but really you're Riley Grace Lynch, born in Littleton Colorado and moved to California at 8 years old, ran away at 15 never to be heard from again, until now." He said. My face paled. Oh Shit!
Ooh Cliffhanger! What will Riley do now??? Sorry about the slow updates between school and family it's hard to balance out time to update. Oh and Merry Christmas!!! (even if it is late).
