ALLIE Nightmare
I stretch, and jolt to alertness.

A voice cries, "Asshole!"
A female cries, "You would know."

I stand up, eyes sore from crying.
I grab my MP3, music still playing.

I stride down to my wardrobe, and throw a black shirt, mood owl choker, and black jeans on.
I pull on black socks, and brush my light blonde hair.
I tame it down, and walk out of my room.

The bickering duo don't notice me.
I walk out, and see my friend across the street.

He smiles, and notices my red eyes.
He walks over, and states with concern, "Your irises are red, Allie. Somethin' wrong?"

I look to my house.
His are always deep purple when he sees mine turn red.
I try not to cry when I see my dad striding out the door with his stuff in tow.

I get a hug, which scares the shit out of me.

I yelp.
He sighs, "Allie... there's something I wanna show you."

Oh.

I follow my childhood friend down the street like a skipping song follows the crack in the disc.

He brings me before a vacant stage.
He whispers, "Meet me here at seven tonight. Promise me."

I nod, trusting him.
Last time he showed me his biggest secret.
Violet.

His Crystal Dragon.

After that, he took me flying every day at seven and taught me about dragons.

There are six main types in order from Common Copper to Slightly Rare Copper.

Phoenix Dragons.

Crystal Dragons.

Aqua Dragons.

Light Dragons.

Wind Dragons.

Then, there's the Silver Dragons in the same order.

Ice Dragons.

Beast Dragons.

Amour Dragons.

Astrology Dragons.

Sea Serpents.

Sapphire Serpents.

Then, there is the one and only Gold Dragons.
Shadow Dragons.

Everyone wants one.
No one gets one.

There's a school up North that Percy here goes to.
It's called WAR.

Windsor Academy of Riding.
Here's the motto
"PEACE AND EXELLENT RIDING IS OUR GOAL"

Isn't it ironic?

I run home.

I slip in, and my mom hugs me.
She's crying profusely.
She takes off out the door, and drives away.

I reach for my phone.
I sit on my bed, brain spinning.

I text Percy.

Well, he texts me.

He messages, "Are U okay?"
I text back, "Sorta."
He texts, "I can tell UR lying from here."
I sigh, and text him, "😐"
He texts back, "LOL."

Then, we text back and forth for forever.

Then, he texts, "GTG. See U on stage, Nightmare."
I reply, "Right back at U, Daydream."

Then, I stand up.
I stretch, and see the time.

Whoops.
I charge out, and down the stairs.
My stuff is packed at the door, which it wasn't when I left.

I frown, and bolt the door behind me.
I pocket the lone key.

I run to the stage, not expecting what would conspire next.
