Chapter 8.

It's Graces party and I'm getting ready for the party. Luke's coming in 1 hour and all I've done is had a shower. I still have to put my make up on and get dressed in my dress and vans. Grace tried to get me to wear heels but I don't want to have a broken ankle.

I did my makeup. It looked really natural which I love. I hate when I look like I have cake on my face. I put on my party dress which was a simple blue dress with my blue vans. I let my hair down and straight.

I went downstairs since Luke will be here in 5 minuets and waited. I scrolled down my Instagram until I hearer a knock at the door. I opened it to see Luke in black jeans and a plain white top.

"MUM I'M OFF TO THE PARTY"

"OK HONEY HAVE A NICE TIME" I closed the door and started walking to Luke's car.

"you look beautiful" I blushed at his comment.

"you look handsome"

He opened my door and let me go in and then ran around to get in the drivers seat.

"off to Grace's" It was only a 10 minuet drive so it wasn't that bad but we just talked about random things. I still haven't told Luke, Ashton or Calum that I have less then 5 months to live.

We arrived at Grace's to see heaps of cars.

"are you drinking?" I asked Luke because I don't want to get in a car with someone who's drunk.

"no" We walked in to spot Grace with Ashton. We walked up to them and said hello to them.

"I thought you were wearing heels!"

"I don't own any" well that's a lie. My mum bought me 3 pairs that I never wear.

I followed Luke to see Michael, Calum, Demi, Kaitlyn and Kate sitting in a circle. Luke and I sat down and started talking with them.

"I can't believe Ashton bought her Bruno Mars tickets and is going to ask her to be his girlfriend"

"that's so cute! There perfect for each other" I said and they all chuckle. We sat and talked about random stuff when Aston signaled us to come inside.

We walk in and we see Ashton with a microphone.

"Hello everyone! I would like to say Happy Birthday to this beautiful girl. So Grace Happy Birthday" He gave her an envelope that had a note that said 'will you be my girlfriend?' and behind the note was a Bruno Mars ticket. Grace squealed and hugged Ashton.

"I'm taking that as a yes" Ashton said and Grace nodded.

The party was really good. I stuck with Luke and Michael the whole time. I stayed the night at Michael's house.

*the next day*

I woke up on in Michael's room. Michael was snoring lightly. I grabbed my bag and got my tablets and drink bottle. I swollowed my tablets and drank some water from my bottle. 

"hey you ok?" Michael said.

"yeah" I smiled and he smiled back

"what are you doing today?"

"I was planning to spend time with my cousin" He smiled and nodded

"I'm in" We chatted for a bit until we went down for breakfast. Michael made Bacon and Eggs. We ate our breakfast and watch a couple of movies. We watched Back to the future 1,2 and 3, Toy story 1,2 and 3 and Finding Nemo. 

I loved spending time with Michael. His like my big brother. He would always protect me for anyone and anything. I'm going to miss him so much when he goes on tour. I'm going to miss watching movies like this with him and going to the park and climbing our favourite tree.

I'm soooooo sorry it's short. I'm really tired from yesterday and today I'm resting because I'm playing cricket an hour away for state sooooo I might not update for a couple of days but don't worry. I will update as soon as I can. Thanks for reading
