♡Chapter 4♡

I arrived at the studio. I was the first one to arrive so I waited in my trailer. I sat down on the couch and took out my phone to text my 'mom'. She wasn't really my mom but I loved her like one. She knew Shannon and I were vampires but she still loved us. She's been more of a mom to us than our real mom who died 1050 years ago. Our real mom cheated on our step father three times. That is why Shannon, my other older half brother, Niklaus and I were born. Only Shannon and I were full blooded siblings. I also had four other half siblings. So together we were seven kids. Finn was 40, Elijah was 30, Shannon is 25, Niklaus was 23, I am 20, Kol was 18 and Rebekah was 16. Then there was also Henrik who died, he was 13. Shannon and I were the most powerful in the family.

No one pov

It was late at night and everyone was asleep except for a twenty year old Jared. The storm kept him awake. He got out of bed and silently walked outside. As he exited the house he heard shouting coming from behind the bushes. It wasn't even a few hours since his baby brother was murdered. He kept quiet and heard it was his parents screaming. "You know it will upset the balance of nature!" That was his mother. "Do it or I kill those two precious boys of yours." His father yelled. He heard sobs coming from his mother. "Fine! Fine! Please just don't hurt Jared or Shannon. I'll turn the kids into vampires..." there was a silence before his father spoke. "Good. I want it done by tomorrow." Jared quickly retreated back inside only to bump into someone. He turned around and saw Shannon. "What are you doing up so late?" Jared wanted to cry but kept himself calm. "Couldn't sleep after today..." Realisation hit Shannon and he pulled Jared into a hug. "I miss him too." Shannon assured him. "I came out for fresh air and heard yelling so I listened in and heard father ordering mother to turn us into vampires by tomorrow."
Shannon didnt know what to do. "What are we gonna do?" Jared looked deep in thought. "How about when the potion is done, I custumise it so that you and I can keep our powers even if we are vampires?" Shannon nodded his head and pulled Jared back to the bedroom. "We'll worry about that tomorrow. But right now we have to worry about mother abd father not finding out.

Jared pov
A knock on the door brought me back to reality. I opened the door and saw Margot standing there in a tick raincoat, gloves and a scarf while I was standing there in a tank top and jeans. I didn't even know it was raining. Vampires aren't affected by weather.
"Hey Margot." She smiled and slightly waved. "Hey Jared. David said he saw you come in here and told me to fet you for training." She told me. I grabbed my phone and walkef after her to the sudio.
