I want to save my friends

  3rd person P.O.V

For the past few days you had been kept in a cell for further investigation, you've told them everything you know. You've been locked up in the dark by some people you don't to this day even know their names. Also that you have been trained to fight already and don't even know who your parents even are. That's basically all that you had known but they won't let you leave, you try not to say anything because when you do no one answers, so you mostly just sit on a wooden bench and cross your legs and arms looking down with your eyes closed. Any officers had cramped the jail area looking at you saying things like,"wow is that really Jokers kid.... I heard she's related to both Joker and Harley....what did she do to get into that cell," they whispered thus even though you could clearly hear it, they kept saying things like Joker and Harley, but you still stayed into you position because no one would listen to you. You hadn't even done anything wrong, but why did they keep you here?

You wondered how Oka was doing and the rest of your friends were doing. Your friend Oka was the daughter of poison Ivy...or so she stated. You didn't really know who poison Ivy was but you knew that she was a villain to Gotham. You also had a friend named Alex and his two other siblings Tina and Zack. They were known to be the offspring of the scarecrow. Every one of your friends that you lived within the dark is told to be the offspring of some villain in Gotham. Your friend Page and Mike were penguin's. Kyle was Firefly, Angel was Bane, Chris was Mr.Freeze, and Ethan was Mad Hatter. You were told this by them but since they were kids you didn't believe them, the dark people only taught you to fight and that's it, you were smart in battle as well,"Just like your father," Batman would say. You didn't get it, who are your parents how do your friends know and you don't. You friends said that you were special, that you were a full blood and they were all half-blood, this angered you because they never bothered to tell you, it was like a secret...like they couldn't tell you or else, even your best friend Oka would tell you.

You were quiet in the cell, the food wasn't actually that bad...it was better than what the other prisoners get. Batman would almost daily ask you questions and you would answer with the most cooperation that you could give. You got impatient one day but you tried to keep as cool as possible, they didn't seem to like it when you strutted back and forth and when officers would look at you, you would stick your tongue out at them signaling them to mind their own business,"can't I just leave," you said to Batman frustrated,"Do you want to go back to those dark people you told us about." You grunted your teeth,"But if I going to be here the rest of my life I want to save my friends to it's slightly better here then it is there." Batman sighed,"you told us that their parents are enemies of mine why should I save them?" Said Batman testing you,"are you serious! Their parents may be your enemies but they haven't done anything wrong...right now they are being tortured and probably being forced to work like damn slaves but they are my life especially Oka and I've seen them in pain and it drives me crazy," you said clenching the cell bars harder and harder not making eye contact with Batman,"The only smile they see is mine when I try and make their pain go away but it never stays like that," you look up at Batman showing your tears of anger,"I want my friends to be safe and be happy," You finished. That's all Batman needed to hear, he unlocked the cell making police officers look at him thinking that he's crazy. Your eyes widened in confusion...he just let you free. You walked out slowly, looking at Batman in the eyes now,"Take me to them," he said. You nodded and ran out Batman followed.

Batman followed you jumping from building to building. Batman was thinking for a minute what if she isn't like Joker or Harley, she cares for her friends. That made Batman ask himself what are you thinking?"It's close," you muttered, Batman heard and nodded to himself. After a few more minutes you stopped completely on the edge of a building, you smiled a large smile and clenched your fist. Batman stopped next to you and placed a hand on your shoulder," calm down and tell me where they are." He said, you calmed your smile to a straight face but kept you hands clenched as you pointed to a building. You were about to jump off of the building but Batman placed a hand on your shoulder signaling you to calm down, you pointed at a building and just as you were about to jump off the building and land on the ground Batman grabbed your hand. Your smile lowered to a straight face in confusion,"calm down and let me handle this," he said. You grunted,"I can't just sit here my friends need to know that I'm here to help them," Batman slowly let go of your hand and sighed. Batman and you jumped off of the building and headed inside with Batman in the lead this time.
