Robin and (Y/n)'s first mission together

  Batman had announced to all of your friends that the two people that were going on their first mission were you and Damien, they would do a few minor simulation missions just for you to get the hang of what missions need to have to be completed and finished in time. You were actually excited to go on your first real mission you really wanted to use your equipment that you had just received from Batman, you had a small supply of Batarangs (maybe six or seven) and another type of Batarang that was able to be remote controlled, Bat claw, explosive gel, smoke pellets, line launcher, remote hacking device, a grapple gun, voice synthesizer, freeze blast, disrupter, remote electrical charge,

The both of you stared up at the large computer in the main underground lobby of the G.C.P.D building, the screen had a map of the three islands in Gotham and had small markings on it that you didn't understand as to what it symbolized Batman and stood in front of the screen, Gordon had his hands behind his back like an army soldier but kept his head at a neutral height not pulling it upwards. Gordon couldn't take his eyes off of your super green eyes and that made you uncomfortable, so you just tried to focus on Batman instead of the commissioner. Batman stood forward,"(Y/n) since this is your first mission I will make it simple of easily finding the culprit of a murder, he left evidence at every turn and I figured that you and Robin will be able to do this mission with ease," he said that to try and not say out loud 'because your father almost beat me with his intelligence, and one time also your other was psychiatrist so that equally means that she got her doctorate degree of many years in college.

Batman looked over and cocked his eyebrow that no one could see since it was under his mask,"Robin do you think you can handle this mission without me this time," Robin sighed,"Yes, I'll be perfectly fine," Damien knew what his father really meant though 'Do you think you can handle the Joker's daughter and on the inside he was actually scared of you but you just smiled and he calmed down slightly since he could tell that it was a real smile that even a normal person would wear. He nodded at Batman even after saying yes and Batman nodded back and pulled out a small grey object and pressed a red button on it, the map of Gotham had zoomed in on the island on the top of it,"you will be required to reach this destination on foot," when the map finished zooming in it pinpointed a location with a red circle,"there is an apartment complex in this exact location, G.C.P.D police at still in front of the facility they are currently gathering evidence and it would be a great advantage if you would leave now so that they could be finished as soon as you arrive on Miagoni island and in this location," Said Batman trying to make a very clear explanation for you to understand even though you were plenty smart, but it was your first time and he still wanted to make it easy.

After a few more minutes Batman finished talking to you and Robin and just as Batman walked away you turned around to notice that Robin was already looking at you with a weird expression, his eyes were slightly wider, his eyebrows were raised almost all the way, his bottom lip was slightly opened about a quarter of an inch. You felt your face heat up in slight embarrassment and your chest area felt a weird tingle and quick heavy heart beating for about two seconds before you said,"you gonna stare at me like that all day," as you tried to hide your newly red face you waved about two times and seemed to make him stop day dreaming,"I uh, *grunts* lets go," he said trying not to feel embarrassed since Gordon was still there.

The both of you left the building and Robin instructed you to use your grappling hook to swing yourself around and get to locations faster, you both grappled into a roof and was lifted into the air. The air flooded into your face, it felt like you were flying, your (H/L) (hair length btw) hair seemed to enjoy the breeze as it waved in the air. At that moment your life changed, you'd be doing this for basically the rest of your life,"WOOOOOHOOOOO," you yelled in excitement as you could easily land by doing a shoulder roll Robin cupped your mouth,"SHHHH, be quiet they're criminals at this time of night do just, be quiet," he said as he then walked to the edge of the building, you just . Robin looked over the building that the both of you were standing on and saw a group of 5 thugs just below him,"*sigh* now we have to make sure that we're careful around these guys, I'll jump across first then you-," Robin turned around to see that you were gone,"(Y/n)?" He quickly looked down once again to see that you were just a tiny balcony above them,"C'mon we need to get enough money for penguin's old dept, so we should rob a bank," one said,"no we should rob all the gas stations in the area, robbing a bank would take too long and we would get caught, sooo if we have a vehicle we could drive around Gotham with boat loads of cash,"another stated. In your mind you thought 'remember (Y/n) no killing that's not what Batman wants you to do' You nodded to yourself, Robin whispered/yelled,"(Y/N)," All that you did was just look at him and make a large smirk.

One of the larger looking thugs was grappled to a low grounded balcony and hung there upside down, you laughed in the shadows. Each one of the crooks pulled out either a gun or a large knife. One saw you and shot four times at you, you simply just laughed and forced your feet to jump but not in the air but jump forward almost touching the ground. You laughed until your fist came in contact with his gut and he rocketed into a brick wall leaving a large crack that instantly caused him to go unconscious from the force of the wall, they all were silent until they looked at you. All you were doing was shrugging,"S-SHE'S CRAZY," one yelled as he held his shaking knife in front of him. You disappeared. The three thugs looked in all directions, you appeared only centimeters behind the one that had called you crazy,"That's not very nice you know," and not even a second later he was grappled into a dark ally crashing into a giant hill of garbage that also knocked him out easily. There were two left, you looked at them with a smile that seemed both warm and insane at the same time, if this was a normal situation your smile would look no more creepy than it already is in this situation. The two men tried to run but a black silhouette jumped on the two sending them to the ground. It was Robin, as a result of his weight the two leftover thugs felt sick from the pressure and couldn't move from the extra weight on their spines, he turned his head around but left his back facing the street

,"I told you to not fight!" he said soon turning around and getting close to you, the both of your chests almost touching. You lifted a finger and curled your eyebrows up war giving a half smile,"actually you said to be careful, not to 'not fight'," Robin grunted in anger, he noticed that he was a little close than he thought so he quickly but carefully jumped back,"*sigh* come on we're not even close to the mission," he said grabbing your hand with his green glove and pulling you, but gently as though he had hinted that he didn't want to hurt you.
