Chica finally likes me ? chap 5

It took Katlin two more days to adapt to the new city that she was in , when she wasn't in the office getting the guys new bottles of water and giving them editing space then she was wandering the city for a good coffee shop for marks coffee .

Believe it or not he was quite picky with where his coffee comes from . His tea on the other hand he wasn't so picky with so Katlin spent a lot of time trying to find a good coffee shop that sold good coffee for him and adequate tea ,also for him .

Ethan and Tyler weren't to fussy on how their coffee or tea tasted as long as it worked to wake them up , and today was one of those days .

Today was the day of the live stream , 7 hours of gameplay and Katlin no doubt going to the 'nice' coffee shop almost half a mile away like ten times in those 7 hours . But this is what she signed up for and at least she could hang out with Chica all day .

Today was the day that she finally gets Chica to like her , she even went to the store at 5 o'clock this morning to get her lots of treats .

Now here they were , Chica , Mark , Ethan and Tyler. Amy had come and gone saying that she wishes she could be there but she had to revisit the dentist because she had a few problems and with Mark having a few minutes to worry over her she finally convinced him that nothing was wrong and they needed to start the stream before it was late .

"Hey Katlin can you work any of this tech for us ?" Mark asked knowing about her lack of technical capabilities.

"Maybe the laptop , starting polls and reading comments but other than that not really " she said , feeling that being honest was definitely the best policy here .

"Great that's what Amy would have done if she was here " Mark sounded like he was missing her already . Which was cute , the only relationship that Katlin had been in was with a boy in year 2 ( 7 years old ) and he was sure that she had had something wrong with her . So there was that ...

"Okay yeah sure I'll do that then " Katlin said , planting herself in the computer chair next the the computer with all of the live stream comments on it from the trial run last night .

Normally she would reject all type of technology job as she touched something and it would brake . Normally into little pieces , but Mark obviously trusted her enough to ask so there was that .

"Does anyone want coffee before we start ? It is only 10 in the morning after all I know that it's always hard to get out of bed before 12 . "

All of the men declined the offer of coffee , all saying that they would show her that they could last without it , she has lived with Mark a little under a week now and she definitely knows that he can't function without his coffee so this stream should be interesting.

"Hello everybody and my name is Markiplier and this is the December live stream for toys for tots , we have with us today Tyler and Ethan . And like always we're going to be here for a while , until we reach our goal hopefully . Our goal for today is to reach $50,000 for toys for tots , if you don't ... "

After the rather long intro to the live stream Mark finally started playing some of the games getting Katlin to read out comments ever so often as they went .

It was about two hours in when Mark started to look a bit tired and deflated . And Katlin couldn't help but think 'I told you so ' as she walked to the coffee shop , making it take less than an hour for her to get there and back .

Without a word she placed the coffee in front of the men having bought them each a coffee so she wouldn't have to go again soon .

"Omg thank you so much " were the words that came out of marks mouth when he took the first sip and she responded with a knowing smirk . Only seconds after she looked away she looked back to see Tyler give her a thankful nod but Ethan was determined to show her he didn't need the coffee and went without .

Mid way through the stream they dragged her on camera because and I quote 'because I want you over here ' which came from Mark obviously showing his authority jokingly .

She sat next to Tyler helping him every so often and laughing along to new inside jokes that the two of them made up . She may have to rethink the whole thing she said about him not being a friend but something different, he was more like a friend than anyone else in this room .

"Shall I go and get some more coffee or can you guys wait ?" She asked as there was a few more hours left in the stream .

"Actually I filled up the fridge with energy drinks so you have no need to go out . " Ethan said kindly before returning to the game .

"Okay do you guys want some energy drinks ?" She said , looking at the three men and sighed when the only response she got was grunts and a shoulder knock from Tyler.

But she took it as a yes anyway , men being men she thought to herself as she wandered back from the kitchen to see them smashing the buttons on their controllers and she wondered how they can do this all day without getting a headache or even hand ache .

She set them down carefully having already opened them for the guys , telling them that she had opened them she sat back down into the computer chair . Chica came over and only then did she remember the promise she made to herself , get Chica to like her better .

Wandering over to her backpack she pulled out some treats and decided to take Chica on a walk , but missed out on telling the guys because they were still to involved in the game , in fact in all of the time she's been watching marks videos she had never seen them get this into a game in the live stream , maybe that's why after 8 hours they were still going .
