Electric Virus Accidental Love

Chapter 5

Zane's pov

My back leaned against the tree that was actually my father's workshop as I sat in the snow. Snow lightly fell as I tried not to fall asleep. Nya was probably passed out since it has been 2 hours since we arrived. The thought of Jay being alone with the Overlord kept me awake.

Memories of the battle between me and the Overlord flooded in my mind as I stared at the dark sky. I closed my eyes and it seemed like I was reliving the memories. But then all the memories disappeared, making myself appear in what seemed like a room for a wedding. But this was no church nor anywhere that you would have a wedding.

Villains that we have faced and some unknown were in the audience, and the Overlord stood where a groom would normally stand.

'Wait, is the Overlord getting married? To who though?' The answer came through the door when the Wedding March came on. Jay was wearing a blue suit and carried a boutique of flowers as he walked down the aisle. Everyone rose as he walked by. This made me notice where I was.

I was chained to the back right corner of the room, next to what seemed like a skeleton.... It was Nya's skeleton. My eyes wandered back onto Jay and the Overlord and they were kissing.....

"Gah!" My eyes opened and I sat up. Ugh.... just a dream. I leaned my back against the tree and stared up at the lightening sky. The dream filled my thoughts, making me want to gag. Jay and Overlord getting married.... impossible.....

But, at that moment, all of it came together. Jay was practicing proposing to someone, most likely Nya, but the Overlord came, tried to kill him, and Jay accidentally asked him while practicing..... Or weirdly Jay actually meant to ask him but I know that's not a possibility.

I quietly snuck inside my father's workshop, but felt something land on my shoulder, making me almost scream. I looked and saw my falcon, starting to quietly chuckle. "Hey my little friend." I whispered before tip toeing over to Nya and waking her up.

"Huh...." she sat up and stretched. "Is it morning already?" I nodded. She got up and as she fixed up her hair, I told her about the wedding and then what I thought happened to Jay. "Hm, I can imagine that happening. Well we need to find Jay before Overlord marries him." As Nya said that, the falcon flew off my shoulder and waited at the door.

"Wait, your falcon might be able to show us where Jay is!" Nya exclaimed, running to the door and opening it. My falcon waited till we mounted our dragons and then started to fly towards the city. We followed silently.

Overlord's pov

"Ok, you better have this place decorated by tomorrow, or you know what will happen." I told one of my remaining stone warriors before his group started to decorate a large room in my home for the wedding.

I quickly left and passed Jay's room. But my mind told me to go check on him so I went back and quietly opened his door. Inside, Jay was curled up in a ball, not even under the covers. My lips formed a small smile. Jay was actually super cute, it was melting my heart. Quickly and quietly, I snuck over to his bed and sat down.

I held his hand and could feel myself smile more. "I love you my little blue Jay. I can't wait for the wedding." I saw him smile in his sleep as he started to stir. I kissed him on the forehead and quickly left the room, closing the door behind me.

I quickly walked to the kitchen to start making some breakfast before Jay came out. Once he came out, breakfast was done and was set out on the dining room table. "Good Morning." Jay yawned as he sat down and started to eat. "Good Morning Jay." I smiled, kissing his cheek. He smiled and kissed my cheek back.

I sat down and started to eat as well. We ate in silence until we both finished. "Mmmmm, this was yummy." Jay complimented as he grabbed my plate and put them in the dishwasher. I went over and hugged him from behind. He turned and grinned. "Can't wait till the wedding." He said stroking my cheek.

"I can't wait either...."
