Adam drove all the way to the outskirts of Owatonna, where the Agency was hidden. It was exactly how he remembered it: a large factory building that many thought was just a regular Coca-Cola building, but really was the Agency itself. Adam's parents never knew of the life he had spent as Agent Flames Pond. No one, not even his friends knew. They only knew of his job unloading trucks at the Coca-Cola plant and the UPS, which really was the Agency's training building. He pulled up to a mailbox at the entrance of the building, which was their security system and pushed a button on the side of it. A voice came through in the speaker on the top. "Agency, Minnesota Chapter, please recite Agent ID Number." "0705086" There was a pause and then a gasp. He knew they would be shocked to find him coming back after all those years. "Agent P-Pond. We thought you had gone for good? I'll let you in and then we'll discuss why you have come back." There was a beep and then the fence-gate opened.

Adam drove through and parked in the open lot in the front of the building. He ran out of the driver's side and quickly grabbed his duffle bag from the backseat. He made his way to the side door and typed in his ID number in the keypad next to the door. The door unlocked and he made his way into the Agency's lobby. He breathed in the scent of the place he was all too familiar with and took in his surroundings. Nothing had changed much except for the walls being re-painted and some new furniture and desks, but everything was still in the same order as he last saw it.

A lady looked up from the receptionist desk and let out a small gasp. She quickly typed in things into the computer in front of her. Agents, who had been walking around, attending to their tasks given, stopped dead in their tracks when they saw him. Man, even though he had been gone for such a long time, he wasn't expecting his return to be this shocking. "Y-you're Agent Pond. Flames Pond?" "Yes. I'm here to see Mr. Stanton and the Chief, Agent Fielding." She rang a button to notify the two that Flames was here, standing at the front desk. Just then, a tall man in a dark suit and tie and nice shoes came out from the back door, while a petite woman with long blonde hair came out. She was wearing a loose, white t-shirt underneath a black leather zip-up jacket. She wore blue skinny jeans and leather boots. She stopped in her tracks. "Flames, it's so good to see you again!" Then her face turned to concern and questioning. "What happened that brings you back to the Agency? Here, come to my office and we will discuss more in private." Mr. Stanton and Adam followed her into her large, grey office. She closed the door and locked it, just in case, someone tried to snoop in and listen in on their conversation.

"So, tell me everything from the beginning." "Well, I had gone downstairs to the kitchen, for a midnight snack, when I heard a scream from upstairs and a loud crash. I ran up as fast as I could, but it was too late. They have my husband, the love of my life. They have Matt." Chief Agent Fielding knew who he was talking about. Even though Adam had left the Agency, she still got updated about his life after his time as an Agent. She knew about Matt, even attended their wedding a year ago. She knew how important Matt was to Adam. "So do you have any clue as to who took him?" "I do, they, or should I say, he left a note." Adam took out the multi-folded piece of paper from his pant pocket and gave it to her. She unfolded it and as she read, her eyes widened, then grew with fear and anger. "Does this mean he has escaped?!" "Seems so, his minions may have broke him out and then they came for their revenge against me."

Meanwhile...
Matt groaned as he slowly opened his eyes.  He felt around with his hands, realizing he wasn't in his bed anymore. And Adam wasn't there. He started to panic, realizing he wasn't at home and Adam was nowhere to be seen. Have I been kidnapped??

Just then a door to the room he was in opened. Light poured in from the hallway and he shielded his eyes, not quite yet adjusted to the lighting. He saw a man walk in and beside him some odd-looking creature. "Well, well, well...look who's finally awake! Someone near and dear to Flames's heart!" Matt gave a confused look. Who is this Flames he is talking about? Fuzzy Guy smirked as he saw Matt's confused face.

"Well, looks like he never told you. We have a lot to discuss don't we...Matt?" Matt instantly felt fear and it showed in his eyes. He wanted to get out of there. Hopefully Adam would come and rescue him.
