Adam had spent the night at the Agency, staying in his old room he had during his time as an agent. He woke up, stretched and yawned, then it all came rushing back to him. His husband was missing, taken by that stupid Fuzzy Guy. He quickly shot out of the bed and got changed into a spare outfit he had brought with him just in case. He looked at his phone and saw it was 8:30 a.m. Fielding would already be up, making her morning coffee, as he remembered.

He made his way into the dining area of the building and found Fielding sitting, looking over Fuzzy Guy's files, drinking her coffee. "Any news? Locations?" He sat across the table from her. "Not yet, I'm still trying to pinpoint his hiding spot. He obviously was smart enough to leave his former home, after he broke out from prison. I can't think of anywhere he would've taken Matt. I know he would stay within the town, he always liked to stick with Minnesota, since he knew you were always close by."

He tried to think of any potential locations in Owatonna. Places that he knew Fuzzy Guy would think of inhabiting. It then hit him. Matt and him always went to the local concert hall, since Adam performed there whenever he was on tour. Whenever he wasn't and back at home with Matt, sometimes they would go on dates there and go up to the upper level of the theater to spend time alone, have a little picnic, and listen to their favorite songs. It was a darkly lit little hiding area that was nice and spacious enough for two people.

Fuzzy Guy must've been keeping updates on him and his life. If he hadn't, he wouldn't have known about Matt or their marriage. He knew Fuzzy Guy probably, while in prison, had sent out his minions to spy on him. "I think I know where he took him. Go round up the agents, we've got plans to make and one maniac to take down once and for all."

Fielding had woke up every one of the active agents, most of them were old friends and colleagues of Adam. Two were tour-mates of Adam's: Jasper and Breanne. They lived their lives as agents, but on the side, musicians as well. They huddled in the board room and Adam walked to the front of the room.  "I think I have an idea where Fuzzy Guy is holding Matt.  There's a local theater in downtown Owatonna. Jasper and Breanne, you know which building I am talking about."  They both nodded their heads.  "The three of us, will head over there and check the perimeters to see if my assumptions are correct.  If they are there, then we notify the others and Fielding.  You all will surround the building, every inch of it, if he tries to escape."

The agents listened in on his plan, nodding their heads in agreement.  "Alright, well it looks we have a big day ahead of us.  Everyone, get your things ready.  Jasper, Breanne, go with Adam, but please, the three of you, be safe."  Fielding looked at them, seriousness and concern in her eyes.  They nodded, before heading out of the room.

Jasper and Breanne filed into Adam's car, all of their gear in the trunk.  Adam drove them to downtown Owatonna and parked in the back lot of the theater.  "Ok, guys.  We have to be extremely aware of everything around us.  I know for a fact, if this is the right place, Fuzzy Guy has his minions guarding the inside.  We need to be as quiet and hidden as a mouse, got it?" "Yes, Pond.  We got it. We got your back, as well."  Adam smiled, he missed these two when they would go on missions together.  It'd been a while since they had been on one, especially on tour together as Owl City.

Adam went in first, Jasper right behind him, and last, quietly closing the back door behind her, Breanne.  They huddled behind the wall in the dark corridor, so as not to be seen.  Adam listened closely, he thought he heard voices out in the main hallway, leading to the stage.  They must be his men. He signaled Jasper and Breanne to the steps leading up to the upper level where he assumed Fuzzy Guy would be with Matt.

They made their way silently up the steps, Adam leaning in to the door to see if he could hear anything.  He could hear faint whispering through the door and heard someone crying.  He knew that was Matt, he had comforted Matt before when he broke down one day after an argument they had.  He signaled for Breanne and Jasper to get out their guns, as he grabbed his out of the holster hidden under his hoodie.

He broke the door open, pointing the gun in Fuzzy Guy's direction.  He saw Matt, huddled in the corner, hands tied, and a gag in his mouth.  "Well, well, it's about time, Pond.  I knew you would be quick enough to figure out our location and come busting in.  Oh, and you brought some friends, how nice.  We would love some more company!" Fuzzy Guy said, sarcastically.

Matt stared at Breanne and Jasper.  He knew them from Owl City and touring together with them.  He had no idea they, too, were agents.  It was only yesterday he had found out that Adam was Flames Pond.

"Let him go, Fuzzy Guy.  He's not the one you want.  I know you're trying to get me, lure me in to another one of your stupid schemes! It's not going to work, like the other past attempts, me teaming up with you is never going to happen. Never, ever, going to happen."  Adam stepped closer to him, gun still drawn.  "But maybe we can come to a little agreement. If you let Matt go, you won't have to go back to that prison.  We'll just pretend this whole thing never happened, I won't report you, and you can go on your leisurely way.  Doesn't that sound good?"

"Oh, come on, Flames? Really, you could think of something way better than that.  You really think I won't come back, time and time again.  This compromise you have in mind is ridiculous.  Either, you join my team, or your husband dies."  He drew a weapon out from his bag laying on the ground next to him and pointed it at Matt, who flinched.

No. Adam thought. I can't lose him, he's my everything.  Adam didn't notice, as he was distracted by his thoughts, Fuzzy Guy come at him.  "Adam!" Jasper and Breanne yelled.  Adam was knocked down, Fuzzy Guy now pointing the weapon at him.  He closed his eyes, preparing for the worst, when he felt Fuzzy Guy fall to the floor next to him, unconscious.  He sat up and looked to see Chief Fielding, a taser gun in her hands.  "That was close." Fielding helped Adam up.

Adam ran over to Matt and untied his hands and took out the gag, throwing them onto the floor. Matt and Adam kissed, then hugged.  "I knew you would come." "Why wouldn't I? I would never, ever let anything happen to you."

Adam helped Matt up and everyone made their way outside, where two police cars were parked.

"Well, looks like Fuzzy Guy here, won't be bothering you anytime soon," she said as two agents laid an unconscious Fuzzy Guy into the back of the police cruiser.  "We'll make sure that where he's going, he won't be able to get out for a very, very long time. Now you two, take care of each other. We'll make sure Jasper and Breanne keep their eyes on you, just as a precaution. But Flames, you know what to do." She smiled and got into the front of the police cruiser with the police chief in the driver's seat.

"Hey, weird question, but can we go to Applebee's. I'm starving!" Matt said, sheepishly.  Adam laughed and nodded.  "Breanne, Jasper, you wanna come?" They nodded in agreement.

Adam was glad to have his love back and Matt was glad to be back. They promised each other that they won't let anything like this happen again.

Note: SO SORRY! For you readers, I'm so, so sorry this chapter came a little late.  Second semester just started and I had been busy with an Interterm class after Christmas break. I really hadn't had the time to write or update this. So hope you enjoy :) And if I don't update things in a while, it's probably because I'm busy with schoolwork.

Also, I don't really have any ideas for any other one-shots right now.  If any of you have any ideas/suggestions on what I should write next for this collection of one-shots, message me or put it in the comments and I'll see what I can do! Okay, thanks! Bye-bye...
