Matt + Adam One-Shots

A-choo! "Adam, you okay up there!"

"Yeah, I'm fine!" Adam said, his nose completely stuffed up making his voice sound funny.

"Babe, I know you're not okay. You do not sound like that if you're not sick!"

Matt bustled around the kitchen, grabbing a mug and some hot water. He grabbed a tea bag from the pantry and dropped it into the mug filled with steaming, hot water. He grabbed a glass and poured in some OJ. Grabbed a few pieces of toast and headed upstairs, his hands full with the tray he was carrying.

He walked into the room to find his boyfriend laying under the covers, piles of used tissues all over the bed and floor.

"Sweetie, here." He sat down next to Adam, carefully placing the tray on his nightstand. He put his hand on Adam's forehead. He was burning up.

"Babe, I think you have a fever. Let me get you some med-"

"Baby, I'm fine. I'm fine..." Adam groggily lifted his eyes open and smiled.

"Um, no you're not. I felt your forehead and you're burning up. Stay in bed, I'm gonna go get you some medicine."

Matt headed into the bathroom and opened the medicine cabinet. He found a box of cough syrup and some aspirin. He walked back into the bedroom and sat down next to Adam.

"Here," he said as he handed Adam the aspirin and glass of orange juice. "Take this." Adam took the aspirin and washed it down with the juice. He glanced at the cough syrup. "Really? I hate that stuff." He made a disgusted face. "C'mon, babe. It's for your own good. I want my brother bear to be feeling better and be his happy self again."

He smiled as he caressed Adam's face. "Fine," Adam grabbed the small measuring cup filled with the purple liquid, took a deep breath and chugged it down. He scrunched his face up as he swallowed the disgusting liquid.

Matt chuckled a little. He grabbed the measuring cup from Adam and went to rinse it out in the bathroom sink. "Hey, Matt. Thanks for your help, I should really be calling you Dr. Matt, haha." Matt smiled as he slid under the covers and put his arms around his lover. He felt Adam grab a hold of his hand and he smiled. He leaned over to kiss Adam on his forehead. They both ended up falling asleep, but before they did, Matt said, "Anytime, babe. I love you." "I love you too, Matty."
