Andy's P.O.V
Alice was in front of me, holding the flashlight and pointing it down at the ground so whoever was in here (in the darkness) wouldn't get startled and run away, even though that was what I wish would happen. I hate this.
After the crash we had heard, we sneaked out of the room and heard someone lightly cussing downstairs. And just to put it lightly, it wasn't anyone who lived in the house. But when we came down, we couldn't find the person. It was scaring the living shit out of me too. And I don't get scared usually so that's new.
"Alice," I whispered. Alice pointed the flashlight at my face and looked startled. "Can we please go back? I don't like this."
She sighed and pointed the light at the ground before whispering, "So you're going to leave a robber - possibly a murderer - in the house at this time at night?"
I looked at her and gave her a sly smile before replying, "Awe. I'll protect you Alice." Alice pulled a face and then punched me in the shoulder. Then when we started laughing, I screamed.
Something- No someone had just moved behind Alice.
Alice gave me a funny look and turned around in a flash and screamed too when the person stopped. Then the person screamed. As we all started screaming the lights flickered on and revealed . . . Juliet?
"What are you doing here?! And wait . . . Who turned on the lights?" I said in a rush, looking around. Jinxx was at the doorway, looking bewildered as ever and Juliet wasn't moving. Alice was behind me (when it happened, I had no idea). Juliet looked annoyed, like she never does. For a moment, I didn't wonder why she was here. Because I kind of did know.
"I came back for Femme, unless you kicked her out of your life too," she spat at me. I sighed.
"She's at the house. Which you have the key to, even though you're suppose to give back," I said, informing her of her mistake. She placed her hands on her hips and starting walking for the door, grumpily too.
"I thought if she was on the property, then she would be arrested?" Alice asked after Juliet walked out the door.
"She was, but we're being nice because unfortunately ... that would cause a lot of problems if she were arrested by breaking into Black Veil Brides' house, now wouldn't it? She has a lot of fans, Alice," Jinxx said, Sammi behind him looking ... mad? I know they're having problems, but I didn't think it would be this bad.
"Oh well ... I'm going to bed so ... night," Alice said, waving her hand awkwardly before running up the stairs. I looked up after her, wishing we weren't rudely interrupted. Always interruptions, isn't there?
"Andy, you're planning on going back to your house, aren't you?" Jinxx asked, Sammi walking back up to their room in silence. I sighed, nodding afterwards. I really needed to feed crow. I hadn't fed him since yesterday.
"Yeah," I said, answering him after a while. "I'll go now. I really have to feed my little buddy Crow." I gave a small smile before getting my keys off the counter and heading towards the door.
"Andy," Jinxx said, my hand on the doorknob. I turned around and crossed my arms over my chest, waiting. Jinxx walked over to the couch and patted the spot, in which I walked over and sat down. "You're my best friend here, and if you need to, you can live here. Everyone else practically does whenever I go to Europe." I nodded, looking down at the ground. Was he serious? Was he just doing this because of Juliet? Or Alice...?
"Jinxx, you know I couldn't do that to you," I replied, rubbing the bridge of my nose.
"But you can. And still, if you're going to be my future son in law one day, might as well start living like one." I almost choked on my own spit as he said it. Dear God ... was he really this serious? I mean ... I love Alice and all but was he really this laid back about all of it now? So many questions...
I shrugged, getting up and walking to the door.
"I'll have to think about it," I called out, walking out the door to my car. I sighed, pulling my jacket over my shoulders and unlocking my car door. That was going to need a lot of thinking to do about. Living in Jinxx's house with all the guys? Sounds awesome. Living with Jinxx and his adopted daughter who has parents that are splitting apart practically while I'm dating that supposed daughter? Doesn't sound too good.
I pushed the keys in the ignition and started the car, reversing it out of the driveway and heading through town to my house, all the while, thinking about what Jinxx had offered.
When I pulled up into my driveway, Juliet's car was parked right beside mine. I wanted to bash my head into the steering wheel in that moment, seeing the kitchen lights on. I opened the door, turned off the car, then shut the door behind me as I climbed out. I opened the unlocked door to my house and walked in to see Juliet bagging everything that was her's, Femme (her cat) playing with a kitten toy.
I ignored her, and instead, went to go feed Crow who was sitting on the counter in the kitchen.
