Chapter 1: Deliveries

    HiddenTale!Sans walks through the empty hallway, pacing back and forth. “Well, time to deliver this p-package to Mrs. T-Toriel…” He huffs out some air and teleports to the Ruins. He lightly knocks on the door and hears a voice speak from behind it.
    Frisk walks up to the door and opens it, “Hello!” She waves and looks at him, “Umm…”
    “Who’s at the door?” Chara asks coming up behind Frisk.
    HiddenTale!Sans looks at Frisk, “H-Hello, are you M-Mrs. Toriel?” He says to Frisk.
    Toriel walks up from behind Frisk and Chara, “No, but I am!” She smiles, “Hello!” Toriel waves at him and rubs Frisk’s head.
    HiddenTale!Sans smiles lightly and hands her a package, “T-This is for you from the K-King…” He smiles as they slowly close the door.
    Toriel grumbles a bit, “Thank you…” She shuts the door on him.
    “What did the man give you?” Frisk asks, looking up at Toriel.
    “Just a letter from… Asgore…” Toriel mumbled, walking off to her room and setting it aside in a box full of letters.
    After a bit she comes back out, “Shall we continue dinner?” Toriel says and smiles delightfully.
    “We shall!” Frisk says, acting all fancy and putting Flowey in a high chair next to herself.
    “Okay! What’s for dinner, mom?” Chara asks, sitting next to Frisk.
    Toriel smiles at Chara, “Well,” she says and pulls the top off of the pot, “I made some delicious snail stew! With some butterscotch cinnamon pie for dessert!” She smiles and pats their heads.
    Frisk looks at Chara and mumbles to her, “Well… At least we get pie!” Frisk laughs and gets a bowl of snail stew and begins eating.
    After they all finish eating she asks, “Now, who wants some pie?” She sets the pie on the table
    “Me please!” Frisk says as she grabs a slice of pie and begins eating it, “Mmm… So good!”
    “I know!” Chara says, eating some pie.
    HiddenTale!Sans sighs and backs up from the door. “Such a l-l-lovely family… I w-wish I h-had o-one…” He says, remembering what the human did to his brother. He walks off, shivering in the cold weather, “I m-miss y-you…” He says looking at a picture of Papyrus. He rubs his face against it and lightly puts it back in his jacket, “F-Focus on t-the task a-at h-hand!” He speed walks to the next house, and knocks on the door.
    Papyrus answers the door, “HELLO! HUH?”
     “A l-letter f-from t-the K-King!” HiddenTale!Sans says, and hands Papyrus the letter, but almost starts crying.
    “THANK YOU KIND SIR!” Papyrus says and shuts the door, then shouting up the stairs, “SANS WE HAVE A LETTER!”
    “H-He l-looked just l-like m-my b-brother…” HiddenTale!Sans sighs and walks off, holding in his tears.
    Chara yawns and says after finishing her pie, “Frisk… I’m… Tired… Can we go to, bed?” She almost falls asleep in the hallway on the way to their room.
    Toriel opens the door slowly and walks in the room, then kisses both Chara and Frisk on the head, smiles and begins humming and walks out.
    Chara smiles in her sleep.
