After I get Y/N settled in I decide to take a shower. After my shower, I go and check on Y/N and see if she wants dinner.

I walk into her room and see her reading a book, I knock on the door frame. She looks up and smiles.

"Do you want dinner? I can make you something?" I questioned sitting next to her as she shuts the book. 

"Sure what can you make?" She asks.

"Pretty much anything!" I explain smiling.

"Like grilled cheese with tomato?" She asked licking her lips.

"Yes, would you like some?" I asked.

"Sure!" She exclaimed I nod leaving too go and make some. I come back like an hour later as see that she is asleep.

I set it beside her just in case she gets hungry. I'm about to leave when she grabs my arm and says,

"Peeta will you stay with me? I'm scared Gale is going to come back."

"Sure," I mumbled not thinking of what I had just done. She snuggles up to me...  I did not expect this. I fall asleep after that quickly, as my arm went around her...

I wake up, and snuggle into my warm pillow, my bed feels different today? I open my eyes and see that I'm in the guest room.

I look and see Y/N, with her arms, wrapped tightly around me.

I'm starting to fall for Y/N. I'm starting to fall for Y/N! That was when reality hit. I unwrapped my self from her and go to make breakfast...To keep my mind off things-I guess. I'm not sure what she wants? So I just make simple eggs and toast. After I'm finished like one hour later... I walk to the guest room.

I open the door and don't believe my eyes, it's Gale he is in my house.

Oh, my god, he is hitting Y/N with his belt. I run up and tackle him to the ground both of us landing on the soft carpet. He punched me in the eye, I can't see out of one. He then unexpectedly picked me up and threw me against the wall.

Of course, I never give up, I'm about to shoot him but he jumps out the window and runs away. I run up to Y/N and pick her up and run to the bathroom. Here I set her in the bathtub and patch up all her cuts.

She starts crying and falls into my arms, awhile after that I see that she is asleep since I  won't let her sleep in the guest room anymore I lay her in my bed. It is only seven in the morning so I will wake her up one hour before we leave.

I go and lock all the windows and doors and shut all the curtains. I then go check on Y/N she is still sound asleep.

I have to wake her up. I shake her awake, then she opens her eyes.

"Oh hey, peet– Oh my god your eye it's black and puffy!" She exclaimed running her fingers through it... I winced.

"I'm fine...  It is time to go." I explained with a small smile.

"Ok..." she whispered totally not believing me... I shrugged it off.

I follow Y/N as we walk the sidewalk. I start slowing down, she comes to a stop and says. Y/N and I were the bait... And I knew that, the tracker in my phone they were following. My boss was following.

"I'm scared to go, can you hold my hand and stay with me?" She asked looking scared and sad.

"-Um-" I whispered thinking about what my boss said but she cuts me off.

"Please." She asked, this time begging. 

"Sure," I whispered as I grabbed her hand. 

She smiles and looks into my eyes, I look into hers and we lean in and- and out lips slowly touch as the whole world around us slowly comes to a halt. All the worries of the world everything that could go wrong all left our brains. It was only her and me... Against the world.
