Emil insisted on paying. What else could he do? It was the last day he would be with his friends, and that really devastated him. He was going to stay in Spain for another four days, and without Sara or Michele, everything would be less fun. Especially without Michele.

Ever since the first day Emil had met Michele, he had developed feelings for him. And as the time went by, those feelings only got stronger and stronger. He couldn't hold them in any longer. He had to tell someone. So he told Sara.

That happened a little before the Grand Prix finale. And ever since then, Sara started helping him get closer to Mickey. That's why when Emil has suggested going out, Sara took this opportunity to allow Emil to enjoy Mickey as much as possible. And maybe even, something nice would happen, as Emil hoped.

Sara finally returned from the bathroom and noticed that Emil had payed the check.

"Emil.... we could have payed too..."

"No, it's fine. It's the last day I'll be seeing you guys anyway." Emil said.

"Well how about we go shopping for a little bit?" Sara said.

"Nooo thanks. I have things to do." Mickey said.

"Mickey! Come on! I want new shoes!" Sara begged.

"Alright, alright, but stay close to me." Mickey rolled his eyes.

Emil just smiled.

As they were wandering around town, Sara started looking over her shoulder.

"Sara, what's wrong?" Emil asked.

"I swear I saw...."

And without noticing, someone jumped on Sara causing Mickey to let out a high-pitched scream.

"MILA!" Sara yelled. "Don't do that!

"Sorry, it's just that I saw you and I know it's your last day so let's have some fun! Come on, let's go to that store!" Mila insisted.

Sara told Mickey that she would meet him in front of a coffee shop around six. Mickey didn't like that idea, but still went with it. And that left Emil alone, with the man he liked.

"So we might as well look around too, right?" Said Emil. Mickey nodded.

They didn't really say much. They just walked around and casually going in stores to see what was in them. They didn't buy anything. They didn't say anything.

Mostly because the interiors of Emil's brain were flooded with thoughts and things that he wanted to say, but couldn't. It was too much for him, until Mickey decided to go into a clothing store. Emil followed.

While Mickey was looking, Emil decided to wander around the store a bit. Nothing really caught his attention, until he saw a really nice pair of shoes. They were black leather lace-ups with the brand logo printed on the side. He checked his wallet. He didn't have that much, but he could still probably afford a pair of shoes. Emil looked at the shoes' price tag and cringed.

Guess not....

Mickey must've noticed Emil eyeing the shoes, since he tapped on his shoulder and asked about them.
